Conrad Beijing

Both the room and the service were excellent. Our butler, Viola, was incredibly thoughtful, preparing a birthday card, room decorations, and a dessert in advance. The service was always prompt and attentive, and they went out of their way to meet our needs. I loved it, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The day before our stay, Yoyo called to inquire about our needs. As it was close to the Mid-Autumn Festival, Viola gave us mooncakes. Before check-out, they also asked about our travel plans and offered a late check-out. I'm very grateful for the thoughtful and meticulous, yet unobtrusive, service from the butler team. The attention to detail truly reflects the expected Conrad standard! Although the hotel is older, it doesn't feel dated at all, and it's very close to the city center. Overall, it was a great experience!

This hotel is incredibly well-designed, easily one of the most beautiful in Beijing. The room was spotless and neatly arranged with a lovely petal layout, and the window view was stunning. The hotel provided complimentary fruit and small branded items. Our butler, Yoyo Vans, was exceptionally polite and professional, for which we are very grateful! The hotel lobby also has a bar with fantastic cocktails!

The butler service was unexpectedly attentive. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, they helped me with my luggage, confirmed our check-in needs in advance, and even arranged breakfast for us under special circumstances. Every stay feels like coming home. Special thanks to my lovely butlers Leona, Yoyo, and Vans Viola. With such service, this hotel is undoubtedly my only choice for my next visit to this city.

Excellent room and hotel. Special thanks to Stella, the manager, who personally came to my room to help me apply body lotion. The fact that she instinctively washed her hands beforehand speaks volumes about the hotel's usual emphasis on hygiene. Everything was wonderful, thoughtful, and considerate. Both the facilities and the service were just perfect. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get much-needed rest during my busy few days. Thanks to the cleaning lady on the 16th floor for remembering my room number. I felt completely at home, which is exactly what a good hotel should feel like. A truly great memory.

Five-star review! The hotel facilities are complete, Viola and Vans' service was warm and attentive, the environment was clean and tidy, and I had a very comfortable stay. The value for money is good, and it's worth checking in at Conrad Beijing.

Conrad, being Hilton's high-end brand, clearly shows its former glory. The service and maintenance are excellent, and the executive lounge is decent. The executive room was very quiet at night, but the overall facilities are quite old. Compared to Rosewood, which is about double the price, I'd still choose Conrad next time, especially if it's not a romantic getaway but a family trip.

My friend was getting married, and I booked the Conrad because I didn't want to get up early. There really haven't been many changes to the room... honestly, it's starting to show its age a bit. We had a few minor hiccups, also related to the facilities and equipment. But we encountered two incredibly sincere staff members, Leona and Chloe (I made sure to ask for their names). They didn't try to pass the buck at all; they completely understood our needs, calmed us down, and approached problem-solving with an attitude that deserves a huge thumbs up 👍. They significantly improved what was originally a less-than-perfect experience. I believe this is the greatest value in the service industry: empathizing with guests' feelings. Sincerity is always the ultimate weapon. By the way, I'd like to mention the bar, "Cai" (I'm not sure if it's officially part of the hotel because we couldn't charge it to the room). At first, I thought it was just a quiet bar, but then I realized the service was excellent too. It's perfect for those of us who like to stay at the hotel and have a couple of drinks on the weekend 👍.

Extremely satisfied with the excellent service. The breakfast selection wasn't very diverse, but the tomato and egg noodles were delicious.
