Komaneka at Rasa Sayang Ubud

The hotel is small yet the rooms are spotlessly clean. We are extremely satisfied with the service from the hotel staff, who kept smiling throughout our stay. We are a Chinese family and do not speak much English. While checking in, the receptionist spoke extremely slowly to explain everything, making it easy for us to understand. He was very welcoming, escorted us to our room, and patiently demonstrated every facility in detail. There is a delicious pork chop restaurant about 100 meters' walk on the left side of the hotel. The hotel is close to the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, and monkeys occasionally wander into the hotel premises. The staff reminded us to keep our doors and windows locked securely. I am quite fond of small animals though, and these monkeys are very gentle. They will never attack you as long as you do not provoke them on purpose. We are truly grateful for his warm reception. The friendliness of local people warmed our hearts. Thank you all, and we will come back again.

Excellent accommodation. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and stylishly appointed. The pool is in a beautiful, lush setting. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea generous and delicious. We ate most nights at the restaurant. Location is great, step out to the street vibe and step back into quiet. The staff are friendly and professional. Massage area beautiful, relaxing, cooking lessons great.

We stayed for one night at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang in Ubud, Bali, and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beautiful rose decorations on our bed, which made our stay feel extra special. The room was comfortable and featured a bathtub that we thoroughly enjoyed. The next morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. One of the most memorable experiences was seeing monkeys wandering around the hotel grounds during breakfast time. Some of them came close, hoping to find food. While a few guests seemed a little nervous, most tourists were excited and enjoyed taking photos of the monkeys. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The beautiful surroundings, thoughtful hospitality, and unique wildlife encounters made our visit truly memorable.

The Hotel was excellent. It made the trip special. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The towels were so soft and white. Everything was provided, you didn't need to bring a thing for the bathroom. They provided four bottles of water a day. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The room was cleaned every day by the time we had returned from breakfast. The view from the pool area was like and AI scene it was so perfect. The staff were very friendly and spoke every time you passed them. The location was perfect, you could walk to the Palace or Monkey Forest quite easily and there were plenty of restaurants and bars around. We had dinner twice on room service and the food was very good. I would go again just to stay in the hotel.
