Garner Hotel Beijing 798 Art District by IHG

A newly opened hotel under IHG that has been recently renovated. Everything feels very new and clean. From the design to the hardware facilities, it truly reflects the brand's quality and the thoughtful attention paid to the guest's living experience in every detail. I booked a king room, and thanks to my IHG membership, the receptionist kindly upgraded my room type. All the staff members were extremely professional and warm-hearted. They patiently accommodated my requests regarding specific details, truly creating a home-away-from-home feeling. Located in the Jiuxianqiao area, the hotel's location is very convenient. There is a Starbucks right at the entrance, and INDIGO mall is just across the street—offering a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Beijing's autumn weather turned chilly today quite suddenly, and it's not yet time for the central heating to be turned on. However, the room was supplied with heating and stayed cozy and warm the whole time. The housekeeping cleaner was also wonderful and very down-to-earth. You can really feel the warm, human touch in the service across all levels of this hotel, from top to bottom. The front desk area also features a very comfortable lounge space, where guests occasionally sit quietly to work or relax. Overall, it was an amazing experience with unbeatable value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time~

The hotel is quite new with complete facilities. The room features an Italian minimalist style; although not very large, the layout is quite reasonable, and the complimentary tea bags are quite nice. The buffet breakfast is quite rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. There is also complimentary coffee, pear soup, and instant noodles at the lobby bar on the first floor.

The hotel staff are exceptionally good, very enthusiastic, and always ready to help guests with their needs. Although the breakfast doesn't seem to have a huge variety, every single item is exquisite, especially the炸酱面 (zhajiangmian), which is of an exceptionally high standard!

It was pretty good; the room was very bright and airy, and it was quiet at night. Upon check-in, you could choose between a cocktail or coffee, and there were instant noodles, coffee, and other drinks available in the lobby. The environment was great~ The only downside was that the floor drain was clogged, and eventually, the water overflowed.

Beyond expectations! The breakfast selection was excellent, though the room price was a bit high. There was a lot of dust under the clothes rack next to the sink – I'd suggest they clean that area. Other than that, it was almost perfect. The twin rooms are located on the street side, which can be very noisy at night as the windows don't offer much soundproofing.

The rooms are larger than those at Holiday Inn Express, and the Zha jiang mian for breakfast is highly recommended—it's even better than what you'd find at InterContinental or Crowne Plaza. As this is the first hotel of its brand in China, it's a must-visit for anyone looking to check out new places.

The hotel is small but charming. It's a bit of a walk from Indigo Mall and the subway station, about 10+ minutes on foot. Overall, the value for money is decent. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is very good, and the service is excellent – very attentive and responsive to requests, especially Lily, haha, who shares my name! Thumbs up to you!

The environment is excellent. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. We were traveling with a child and they upgraded our room. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the bedding was super comfortable. Our child was very happy, and parking was a breeze too.
