The Chava Resort

The Hotel and Staff was simply amazing. The villa was beautiful and comfortable. We would gladly come visit again.

Beautiful complex of c. 40 apartments around a beautiful and large shaded pool. There are comfortable beds, chairs and lounges right on the water. The apartment is very well appointed, cleaned twice a day, peaceful very clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is à la carte and there is lunch and dinner served too. It suits couples and families wanting a quiet holiday. The general manager, Terence, is very thoughtful, welcoming and helpful - we had a minor issue that was not the hotel’s fault and he and his staff solved it straight away. Everything is spotlessly clean. The resort is located 2 mins from a quiet beach with 2 areas with life saving patrols. The resort is opposite a taxi service and near good and affordable restaurants, and a 3 min walk from a small supermarket. We had a great 8 nights in the Chava Resort and would be back in an instant! Heavenly holiday - thank you to Terence and your lovely team.

The resort was amazing with excellent service and great breakfast. We will return at our next visit to Phuket.

Highly recommended. The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. The room was amazing, the location was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. I would recommend this for everyone wanting to stay by Surin beach.

This beautiful hotel has the kindest, most professional and caring staff. Both my sister and I were unwell on two different occasions, and they took care of both of us, so did the guests. I would give this hotel 10000 stars if I could. Please, take my word and book a stay here - you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much 😊

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It has the potential to be a super boutique stay but its tired and needs maintenance. It has a fantastic location, the staff are amazing, helpful and kind. My trip was a family reunion after 3 years and we had been very excited only to arrive and be gutted at the state of the villa. The staff tried hard to rectify my complaints but you can't fix broken lamps, chipped furniture, stained tables and leaf filled pools, stained sunbeds etc. ******* this is really not good enough you are marketing this as a 4 star hotel. No one is checking these standards.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Just a short stroll from the beautiful beach. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a plunge pool and lived every minute of it. Felt so sad leaving. The hotel has a huge pool that my children enjoyed using in addition to the plunge pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and there isn't a single thing I needed that wasn't already here. I cooked a few times, which I wouldn't have done, had the kitchen not been so well equipped. A team of cleaners come in and clean the apartment so well and so quickly. Beach towels are provided for use in the outside area and are replaced daily.
