Convenient location, very close to K11 Art Mall. There are plenty of great eateries nearby, including a skewers spot that is really delicious. Public transport is super accessible.

There were bugs, and both my son and I got bitten. The AC's low fan setting didn't cool the room, and the high fan was incredibly noisy. They have so many unfair terms and conditions, yet they can't even get the basics right.

My 2nd time here and I LOVE IT the location is literally perfeccttt but i feel like the cleanliness isnt the same as before as I noticed more dirt, smudges, a bit of mold ngl such a shame tho cuz i last stayed here like 2 years ago and I loved it sm cuz its literally nxt to the subway, nearby a dondondonki and k11 artmall AND not too far from the habour. Also sooo much cool bars and restaurants right downstairs so I'll def come back I just hope the cleanliness would at least improve!
