Perfect stay with family Closed to MTR Exit N1 with elevator Closed to bus station to airport A21 Many choices of food arround the hotel Even the room is quite small

My 2nd time here and I LOVE IT the location is literally perfeccttt but i feel like the cleanliness isnt the same as before as I noticed more dirt, smudges, a bit of mold ngl such a shame tho cuz i last stayed here like 2 years ago and I loved it sm cuz its literally nxt to the subway, nearby a dondondonki and k11 artmall AND not too far from the habour. Also sooo much cool bars and restaurants right downstairs so I'll def come back I just hope the cleanliness would at least improve!

A very comfortable business stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, good amenities, and a great location. Everything was smooth and hassle-free

Location is great for a first time tourist, it's only 2 mins from the nearest metro exit. Additionally most of the Kowloon side museums and waterfront is within 15 minute walk. The rooms are small and don't match the photos, however as I've added the floor map you can see everyone room is a different size so, layouts will vary The shower is good, bed comfy, the only issue is the one plugs point is built-in to the desk and no where near where you would want one. The room has a safe under the bed but didn't discover till my last day. They have a cold water dispenser on every floor, which is much better than other hk hotels I've stayed at.

The location was convenient and the personnel was really sweet and helpful. But the room smelled pretty bad, especially the bathroom. The place was obviously clean but the was corners had yellowed made it look dirty. There is a 1000 hkd penalty if you set the fire alarm off, which they said can happen if you shower without the AC on, but the firealarm was right next to the bathroom door which made it really stressful to shower.
