The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodations and facilities were excellent. It's very convenient for shopping, and a 7-Eleven is just a 3-minute walk away! Our room type had a balcony with a beautiful view of the swimming pool.

The hotel's location is decent, but the hygiene is subpar. I noticed the bedsheets weren't pure white; they had a yellowish tint and felt like they hadn't been changed after someone slept in them – they felt slick, as if multiple people had slept there for more than just a day or two. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and too high; both of them were so tall they caused neck pain. The decor felt a bit haphazard, so the bedding and furniture were very mediocre. This hotel might be suitable for Westerners on extended stays, but it's definitely not for those with higher expectations. The balcony railing was very low; at 1.65m, it only reached my waist. Looking down from the top floor was quite frightening. I was especially worried since I was traveling with my child! I strongly advise parents with children to avoid booking this type of room! Even without children, smoking and drinking beer on the hotel balcony at night would be dangerous!!

Very nice and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staffs. Laundry room is just 1 min away from the hotel. BTS station is just 5 mins away. 10-15 mins Walking distance to majority famous shopping and Chulalongkorn foods hunting area. Will definitely be my choice if come back to Bangkok again.

The location is fantastic! Right out of the alley, turn right and you'll find a 7-Eleven, and just a few meters further is the metro station. To the left, over the skybridge, are MBK and Siam Center. Despite being so central, it's set back from the main street, so it's not too noisy. The room even has a washing machine, microwave, and kitchenware. Plus, my Huawei phone could screen mirror to the TV! It's really great value for money. 👍🏻

Extremely satisfied! The location is super convenient, right in the Siam district, so everything is within walking distance. The hotel has a simple yet elegant design and is fully equipped with everything you need. It also feels very safe.
