I rarely leave reviews for hotels, but I absolutely have to give this one a great rating. Every single staff member was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the hotel environment was really nice too. Anything I needed was brought to my room very quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friends who are visiting. It's clean and tidy!!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the East Gate of the Temple of Heaven and the subway station, making it super easy to visit the Temple of Heaven Park and get around by metro. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and they even upgraded our room for free! All the staff were really nice too. 🌹

The hotel was located centrally. The main problem was the internet. Internet was not working at all. Even after repeated requests the internet was not fixed. The room had zero network coverage so out own cell phone inernet was also not working

It is a decent, small hotel. The rooms were clean, and fairly nice. The staff were friendly; location is a bit far but our stay was okay overall.

The hygiene was quite poor; the sofa was stained, and the wallpaper had marks. Plus, a hanger in my room was broken. Regarding service, I specifically went downstairs and asked if food delivery could come up to the room. They said yes. However, when I ordered food, the delivery driver told me they weren't allowed upstairs. I explained that the front desk had just told me it was fine, but the driver insisted they couldn't come up. I then asked the hotel to send it up, and they did for that one time, but not for subsequent deliveries. If the front desk hadn't said it was possible, I wouldn't have minded as much, but they confirmed it was, and then it wasn't – that's what really bothered me. Also, I booked for three nights. After going out on the first day, my room card wouldn't work when I returned. When I called customer service, they asked if I had extended my stay, essentially implying they had deactivated my card. What's that about?
