The WiFi was really bad; even mobile games lagged. The hot water in the bathtub wasn't very hot, even when turned up all the way, so soaking in the tub wasn't comfortable. Everything else was fine though; I liked the decor style.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel is located next to Suria KLCC so it's very convenient to go shopping and enjoy the magnificent view of the Petronas towers. Breakfast buffet offers variety of local and international delicacies. However, we faced a small problem during check-in procedure: we arrived at 2.00 pm and waited in the lobby until 3.00 pm before the front desk staff told us our room was not ready yet. We had to spend time in Suria KLCC mall for another one hour, until 4.00 pm. However, when we came back, our luggages were sent to the room already and we found that they gave us a deluxe corner room with garden view, which was very nice. The room is spotless clean and air-condition works very well.

First time visiting Malaysia, and the Petronas Twin Towers were a must-see. I chose the Mandarin Oriental because it's right next to the towers, and my room had a fantastic, breathtaking view of them. The hotel's service was excellent; housekeeping and restocking were very prompt. It was great! 👍

The location is fantastic, right behind the Petronas Twin Towers, with a side exit leading directly to Suria KLCC mall. It's also within walking distance of the Pavilion shopping area, accessible via an underground passage from the convention center. While some of the hotel facilities are a bit dated (the showerhead is fixed and can't be moved), the service is absolutely top-notch and they are always happy to help. The MO Club offers afternoon tea and happy hour. Children under twelve aren't allowed in the MO Club but can use the adjacent family room, where they can watch TV and eat. The breakfast selection at MO is smaller, but the upside is that it's less crowded, so you don't have to queue up on weekends.
