Ryoutei Ryokan Takechiyo Kirishima Bettei

Upon arrival, as soon as we pulled up to the porte-cochère, the inn staff and maids came out to greet us, instantly easing our travel fatigue. It felt like coming home. The food was also wonderful! The seasonal touches were evident throughout, and they weren't just ordinary; it was incredibly enjoyable. Even with the same salty flavor, various ingredients were used, making it a delightful experience. The lounge also offered delicious coffee 24 hours a day, allowing us to comfortably spend some early morning time.

Everything was top-notch from check-in to check-out. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the accommodation, and the condition of the hot springs were all excellent. Above all, I consider the dinner and breakfast to be works of art. The food was so delicious that I wanted to give it a Michelin 3-star rating. However, the only downside was that the foreign staff member could not properly understand Japanese, which caused some difficulties.

This hot spring inn offers excellent traditional Japanese service. Their service, ambiance, rooms, and food are comparable to a five- or six-star hotel. The surrounding environment blends seamlessly with nature. They have lovely foreign staff who are very helpful and accommodating to English-speaking guests. If I had the time, I would love to stay longer.

If you're visiting Kirishima, this is a good choice. If you're going to Kirishima Shrine, this is the top choice, as it's a 10-minute walk from the shrine and within a 10-minute drive of other attractions like ranches. Crucially, the service is exceptional; they proactively ask where you're going and usually offer pick-up and drop-off. The hotel has about 10 rooms, and you rarely see guests, except for the private onsen. Even the large bathroom was empty when I passed by, very quiet and very Japanese. The food is exquisite, with seasonal ingredients; it would be even better if they offered American-style breakfasts. The hotel's airport transfer service exceeded expectations, taking only half an hour to Kagoshima Airport.

Stayed at this hotel on 5/20, the service quality is very high, dinner is in a private room, dishes are served one by one, it looks like French Japanese cuisine, the room is also very beautiful👍🏻

The environment is very relaxing. The service attitude is also first-rate. There are actually staff who can speak Cantonese, which is very good. The Japanese food is very exciting. The laundry water is from Pola, and there is heating in the room, so you don't have to worry about the cold.

這次體驗真的很驚喜。 早晚餐都很精緻，儀式感拉滿，是很地道的日式料理體驗。 服務也很加分，從迎賓到服務人員都非常温和細緻。尤其是一位來自尼泊爾的姑娘，一直努力用各種方式和我們溝通，特別耐心、特別用心。 最打動人的是細節——我們不小心遺落了筆記本電腦，酒店第一時間主動聯繫，還幫忙郵寄到下一站，真的很貼心。 風景很美，民風也很淳樸，讓人很放鬆。 温泉也確實不錯，值得一泡。 會想再來一次的地方。

除了位置比較偏遠之外，其他一切都非常完美，食物真是超級好吃又美觀，房間乾淨、員工服務非常好，感謝廚師讓我第一次的會席料理體驗非常的開心
