Overall a good resort, most staff very friendly and service was good. It’s a beautiful property and pool area and amenities were great. Loved most of the food, although had to wait for a table most nights. The 24 hour coffee/dessert bar was also a wonderful perk! I did have a couple issues during the stay: my water was off in my room for several hours and had to report it. Not sure if the cause. Also, I took the water aerobics class and the male instructor was very pushy and made us touch strangers in ways that were pretty uncomfortable. I tried to leave several times and he tried to force me to stay. I do not recommend taking this class. Lastly noise was an issue well into nighttime so sleeping was a challenge from my room. I had up use earplugs abd even then, there was noise until midnight. Other than that, I loved the shows, entertainment and live music. I would probably go again although there is definitely room for improvement!

Food was excellent I was really surprised. Especially food in portofino and oceana restaurants. Way too good. Rooms are a little old but the resort has a nice vibe. Only problem is beach is not swimmable. I did not get a good room (with a view), even after booking well in advance. I got the most corner room. Felt like the room was out of the restort and facing the other way.

Great staff, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. One of the front desk lady workers gave us a great room (317) which we really loved. It was an amazing view of the pool and ocean. The resort arches are so amazing, just picturesque! My fiance and I loved hanging out at the cabanas and grabbing food from the beach bar. The activities held by staff were really fun and entertaining. Staff did a great job of trying to recruit people into the activities. Lastly the food was pretty great. We had breakfast at the buffet everyday (omelette and salsas were so good!). The skirt steak and chimichuri was pretty good as well! I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish was better is the lighting in the room. I think it was probably where my room was situated that I didn’t get the best lighting. All in all, it’s definitely not a deal breaker.

Room service are terrible they always bring your order short or half the order and you should call again and make onother order and hafe the family stay hungry

The resort was horrible for starters when I first got there 2 of the elevators where not working I felt bad for the older who had to walk to third elevator with me second there was menstrual blood on what of the out door chair I had to report the front desk three times before they finally removed it cushion,the food was horrible I had to go outside resort for decent food . Third the hotel does not inform you at check in or website that you have to walk to the street at check out when you call a uber this was the was customer service hotel I have ever visit,

Rooms and the building need an upgrade. The floor tiles all over look like they are dirty all the time.it dos not look like an luxury hotel, more like a3 star hotrl. The tooms are off a cold ook, coffe machine btokenz no coffee cops and tispoons, no glasses for roomdrinks. Compleetary things are ofered onec per stayeven thou is all inclusive. Drins areof bed quality and deluded . The beach and ocean are anusabsle because of blak flag all the time. If youneed togo go intothe ocean you need to go toothe hotels ,like Hilton. Restaurants are croided. And you need to wait on lie for a table even though there are plenty of emty table inside. Te bedt thing ithe hoteleas the coffee bar. Entertainment is poor at night. , music is betwen 6 to 8 and 5an nothing todo

Tv not working properly, coffee machine broken, no coffee cups offered, complimentary things just once for the whole week, restaurants are average and they ask you to wait for a table even though there are empy tables inside. Rooms need some renovations,. The beach has black flag all the time so you can not go into the ocean. You need to go to other hotels like Hilton for that. This is more a 3 star hotel

Staff were great and we had a very large room with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable the overal appearance of the hotel was it looked very tierd and needed some updated hallways were dark and floors looked duscusting. Adult pool also looked like ut was dirty.

room was wrong configuration , we asked for two queens and got one king. it did have a hide-a-bed. smaller property than most dreams, food option were therefore limited. food was good, but beach was in permanent black flag status, as the ocean is angry in that stretch. preferred rooms did not have butler service as is typical at this family of resort.
