Hilton Nashville/Green Hills

Great place to stay !! Great location!

Love this hotel, it's updated decor wise, so comfortable and so clean! Close to all the shopping and lots of restaurants. This is my favorite Nashville stay!

staff great, rooms were clean. Had trouble exiting the garage - ticket was returned with message about using another machine instead (there is only one). Also, Starbucks isn't a real starbucks and our drinks were terrible. I literally just threw mine away after tasting it.

I stayed at this hotel in January 2026 during the ice storm that left 50% of Nashvillians without heat and electricity in single digit temperatures for many days. The hotel became fully booked quickly. The dedicated staff did an excellent job accommodating guests’ needs in a professional manner. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. First class!

This is a very nice hotel in a good location. It was very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. They have live music at the bar at night. I would definitely stay here again. You have to have your room key to exit the parking garage. Not an issue unless you check out and leave the key at the desk.

The place is very nice with great staff. The room has a subtle/old lingering smell of smoke. The hot water does not get very hot.

The hotel staff at check in was very rude to me and my husband!

Housekeeping was terrible Not thorough and came at 3:45pm when I asked for early clean and was gone at 7:15 am. This was repeated several times. Inefficient vacuuming, didn’t replace waters and didn’t properly refill coffee supplies. O have stayed here MANY times and this stay was far from the best

The room was great as usual. However, no one serviced the room on Saturday. I did share this the front desk. Look forward to my next stay in February
