The Crystal Hotel Buriram - Formerly X2 Vibe Buriram

Oddly enough I had issues with The Crystal Hotel in Buriram well before even beginning my stay there. I received a bizarre phone call in less than clear English from I can only assume was the establishments manager informing me that the hotel had double booked the reservation which i had made and was not only now unavailable because this particular hotel practices a hard no cancellation no refund policy that I would not be entitled to be refunded for the deposit I had already paid in advance. To Trip.coms credit they did manage the situation well and to my satisfaction however I would advise travels to buriram to be cautious when dealing with this particular establishment and aware of their particular policies. It was an ok stay but Buriram has other hotels which are far more customer friendly and offer comparatively similar services and accommodation at approximately half the price point such as The Ray Ray Hotel being a fine example
