Once again, we’ve had a super night away to celebrate our first anniversary at Peterstone Court. It was so important to us, as we had spent our wedding night there last year. Lovely, well equipped room with a stunning view (despite the inclement weather) and super comfy bed. And can I say, that is the best tea/coffee tray I have ever seen in any hotel! Dinner was delicious, beautifully prepared and served in a cosy dining room by lovely staff, and breakfast was pretty stunning too, made even better by seeing the wonderful Connie again. She truly is an asset to the hotel, and worth her weight in gold! Thank you again, Peterstone Court 🤍

I turned up for my 10am appointment which I had made 6 weeks prior - my previous appointment some 3 weeks prior had had to be cancelled by myself due to illness - however I had kept this one on 17 DEC25 as it was so near to Christmas etc etc I walked in and met a stony face bond woman - I had seen before - she is generally stoney faced - but not to this extent. I stated I had a 10am appointment and her immediate response was -NO YOU DON'T - I was taken aback but stated that I did indeed and had made it with the lovely lady who always looks after me. Her response - YOUR APPOINTMENT IS AT 3.50 - I knew this not to be the case and advised as such Her response - YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN SENT AN EMAIL I stated - truthfully - that I have never received any emails regarding any of my previous appointments Her response - HAVE YOU CHECKEDYOUR SPAM ? I repeated my earlier response - never received any emails... Her response - WHATS YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS I gave mine Her response - THATS DIFFERENT TO THE ONE WE HAVE I stated that I only had that one Her response - WHAT IS YOUR NAME To which I said - now that should have been your first question .. gave my name and continued to say I am guessing my name is not the same as the 3.50 appointment... Her response - whilst checking the system and confirming when my cancelled appointment had been ... WELL YOU LOOK LIKE THE PERSON BOOKED FOR 3.50 ... No apology no offering any other appointment - just continued bare face cold rudeness I stated that I am leaving now and I won't be back you could have apologised Her response - I was just going to .... I went upstairs and gave the receptionist my number as I wanted to speak to a Manager of the Spa to complain - but I wanted to go home and calm down as I didn't want to show myself up or be rude in my manner. It is now 12 JAN 2026 NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO ASK ABOUT THIS I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE ARE LOTS OF OTHER PLACES OFFERING SIMILAR IF NOT BETTER TREATMENTS/FACILITIES MY RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE TO GIVE THIS PLACE A WIDE BERTH
