Stayed here for 4 days and had a solid experience. The location is the biggest win—it’s extremely close to the Prophet's Mosque, which made attending prayers very easy and saved a lot of time. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable enough for a good night's rest after a long day. I found the staff to be helpful and the check-in process was relatively smooth. Breakfast had a decent variety of options to start the day. One thing to note is that the elevators can get quite busy during prayer times, so you’ll want to head down a bit early. Overall, it’s a reliable choice if you want convenience and a comfortable stay in Medina.

This hotel is right next to the Al Ghamama Mosque and about a 2-3 minute walk from Masjid Nabawi, Gate 316 (a bit far from the women's entrance). The bedding was excellent, and the room was spacious. The bathroom was decent, though replacing the bathtub with a walk-in shower would be an improvement. They even provide a Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast was average: no fresh juice, and by 8 AM, there were no more fatayer, and they weren't willing to make more. Same goes for the pancakes. The pastries were also of poor quality.
