The hotel boasts an excellent central location, right at the entrance of Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, and directly opposite East and West Alley. Elephant Trunk Hill is only about a 10-15 minute walk away. The room facilities are great, and the front desk service was very satisfying. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a great location and beautiful views. It's right next to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, and across from Dongxi Alley, making it very convenient for going out, exploring, and eating. There are also many snack options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel's rooftop restaurant offers a nice view, but the food selection is a bit limited. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. However, since I booked the basic room type, the room was very small. The hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't upgrade me. Because of this, I only stayed one night and left. I suggest they remove the smallest room type in the future.

This hotel offers an excellent overall experience; my stay was very comfortable. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and provide great service, responding promptly to any issues. The location is superb, right downstairs from Dongxi Alley and Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also very close to major attractions like Elephant Trunk Hill, Two Rivers and Four Lakes, and Jingjiang Royal City, with most being within walking distance, which saved a lot of travel time. Plus, the hotel's message board, filled with notes from people from all over, added a nice touch to the experience.

Traveling to Guilin, I honestly think this was the best money I spent. First off, the location is fantastic – right next to major attractions like Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes. After taking a taxi from the high-speed rail station, we could walk to all the sights from the hotel. Secondly, the service was excellent. From the moment we arrived, there was an endless supply of tea, which really helped reduce our fatigue after a long day of walking.

Stayed for three nights. The room wasn't huge, but the design was very well thought out. It was perfectly fine for a family of three. The hotel's location is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel for Zheng Yang Street, and walk straight ahead to Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas. Cross the road to the left for East and West Alley and Jingjiang Prince City & Duxiu Peak. There's a restaurant on the top floor with great views, and the sunset was beautiful.

I am absolutely thrilled with my stay! I booked this hotel on Ctrip, and its location and reviews were excellent. After checking in, I found it to be truly fantastic! 1. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even carried my luggage to the room and were exceptionally kind to my children. 2. The day before my arrival, the hotel called me to confirm all my needs, provided contact information, sent me a travel guide and local weather updates, and responded very promptly to all my inquiries. 3. The hotel's location is a huge plus. Dongxi Alley and Wangcheng Department Store are right across the street. Elephant Trunk Hill, Sun and Moon Pagodas, and Jingjiang Prince City are all just a few hundred meters away on foot. It feels like staying right in the middle of a scenic area. 4. Dining options are abundant and convenient. Zheng Yang Street is downstairs, with a snack street, chain restaurants, and a wide variety of coffee and drinks. You'll find Luckin Coffee, Cha Bai Dao, Gum Tea, as well as KFC, McDonald's, and Pizza Hut.广西 (Guangxi) cuisine is everywhere! Even better, there's a restaurant (Pu Shi Guibei Fusion Cuisine) on the 9th floor of the hotel, accessible directly by the hotel elevator. The food is perfect for both kids and seniors, and everything is freshly prepared, very clean, and hygienic. 5. I was very satisfied with the hotel's environment and cleanliness, and I particularly loved the layout. The hotel facilities are super new, the bathrooms feature branded fixtures, and the bedding is very comfortable. Especially after leaving Guilin for Yangshuo and staying at another hotel for the same price, this hotel (Gangshe) absolutely blew it out of the water! No wonder it's always fully booked! I will definitely choose Gangshe again when I return to Guilin!!

I was very satisfied with my stay. When we entered the room, we could tell it had been disinfected. My child loved the race car bed and the building block table. The hotel service was excellent; they even offered to help with our luggage. The rooftop view was also incredibly beautiful. Next time I'm in Guilin, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
