This Hotel was perfect! We had a suite on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the mountains and the city. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating when welcoming us! There is a free laundry room available to all! The hotel is perfectly located in the hart of the city right on the pedestrian street Zhengyang and 2 minutes from the Prince Jingjiang City to visit! Great breakfast at the Percent restaurant on the 9th floor also a restaurant for lunch and dinner! Right above a large underground shopping center! I highly recommend and will be back again!!!

The room was very clean and well-lit. Even though it's by the roadside, it wasn't noisy at all – very quiet. The hotel staff were all very welcoming; they'd greet you whenever they saw you and even helped with luggage. The hotel's location is great, convenient for getting anywhere. I was really happy with my stay at this hotel during my trip to Guilin! As soon as we arrived, the staff told us about nearby attractions and even gave us a tour guide, which saved us a lot of hassle. We could walk to all the nearby sights, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was decent and perfectly adequate. Mid-stay, we ran out of toiletries, and as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, they were brought to our room immediately. The staff proactively asked if we were comfortable, and when we checked out, they gave us a bag for our belongings and extra bottled water. They even thoughtfully provided cooling patches and mosquito repellent when they heard I was going to Yangshuo next. The service was incredibly warm and attentive to detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin!

Strategically located along the food street and yet we didnt hear any noise from the street level. The hotel lobby is tastefully done up, the room is clean and hygienic, the staff always greet us, very polite and helpful. Theres always tea, cold drinks at the lobby. Really enjoy our stay here. We stay in a 2 single bed room, the toilet and bathing area are separated, however sharing 1 sliding door. This means that at any point in time, only 1 of it will be closed with the sliding door. Its alright for us as we are married couple.

It was a perfect stay! Fantastic location, incredibly cozy and comfortable rooms (had the best sleep ever in these beds) and their breakfast was all one could ask. I highly recommend it and I will definitely book again if I return to Guilin.
