Extremely satisfied! The hotel offers a magnificent view, with a beautiful landscape outside the window. The room itself is very cozy, and it's incredibly comfortable to lie in bed and admire the scenery. The breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and after eating, you can go up to the viewing platform on the roof to enjoy more stunning views. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were very enthusiastic. Overall, a fantastic travel experience!

This hotel definitely deserves a five-star review! The rooms are incredibly spacious, and its location right next to the shopping entrance is super convenient. The hotel restaurant on the top floor offers beautiful views. The hotel environment is lovely and clean, with many international guests. The rooms are also very quiet, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The staff and front desk ladies were all very warm and helpful, providing detailed information about tourist routes and hotel services. There's even a laundry facility on the fourth floor. I didn't have time to hang my clothes, but when I told the front desk, they kindly hung them up in my room for me. That really gave me peace of mind!

How amazing is this hotel's location? Step out and you're right on the pedestrian street, with the popular East-West Alley and Prince Jing's Mansion directly opposite. How convenient is getting around? Various shared e-bikes are available for rental and return anytime, anywhere. Most city attractions are within about 3 kilometers, reachable in about 10 minutes. As for the hotel itself: The service was excellent. From check-in to room assignment and throughout my stay, a lovely staff member tracked everything. The lobby's selection of drinks, like coffee, Monk Fruit water, Chrysanthemum tea, and lemon iced tea, really showed the hotel's thoughtful attention to detail, and they were perfect for the season. Room service was also very responsive and quick to address any requests. The room was spotless, neat, and minimalist. And the best part? The rooftop restaurant and observation deck, where you can take in the stunning night views!

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, and the overall layout has a distinctive tatami style. Hygiene: No issues with hygiene, it was clean. Environment: The rooftop restaurant offers a view of Jingjiang Princes' City and East and West Alleys. The ambiance feels premium, as expected from an international hotel. The drinks in the lobby, the sachets, and other details are all quite interesting. Service: Customer service called in advance to communicate with us. After adding them on WeChat and sending our license plate number, we were able to park for free. On the day of arrival, the hotel manager was waiting for us in the parking lot, helped us with our luggage, and introduced us to the hotel and nearby attractions. Any issues were handled immediately without delay. The restaurant recommended by this manager (a young man) was excellent, delicious, and great value for money – exceeded our expectations!

A hotel I really liked and highly recommend. I stayed for two nights, and the service was excellent. The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to many attractions. I also highly recommend the restaurant downstairs; the food is genuinely delicious and the prices are reasonable.

The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from East and West Alley, and less than a 10-minute walk to the Twin Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill. The local rice noodles recommended by the staff were very authentic, and the service was superb. The Pu Shi Restaurant on the 9th floor has a nice ambiance and decent food, and hotel guests receive a 10% discount.

This is my first time giving a hotel a perfect five-star rating. "The Harbourview" didn't win my attention by pursuing luxury, but by its meticulous attention to detail. These details could be anything from providing umbrellas on a rainy day and a warm greeting upon entry, to prompt replies and feedback to WeChat messages. This level of service is especially precious in our commercially driven era.
