It was my belated birthday and thanks for the surprise cake and the towel cake!! So lovely!! The cleanliness and design has been amazing!

The hotel is in a great location and offers a good breakfast spread. The staff were friendly, attentive, and responsive to our requests and concerns. However, there was a safety incident during our stay. The bathtub grab handle came off when I tried to use it, causing me to nearly fall. We later discovered that the handle appeared to have been previously "repaired" and simply glued back in place. Nina, the Duty Manager promptly attended to the matter and arranged for us to move to another room the following day, as it was already late at night. Pae, the Front Office Manager, was very helpful. He followed up with us the next day to show us to the new room and ensured that the matter was satisfactorily resolved. I also tried to charge my MacBook using one of the universal power sockets, but the socket could not properly accommodate the standard (UK) three-pin plug on my power cable. Yohan, at the Concierge also offers many good F&B outlets around the areas. Overall, we appreciated the staff’s helpful response, but as an international luxury chained hotel, there should be more thorough safety and maintenance SOP in place to check on the facilities for guests.
