Hotel is looking bit tired now but otherwise location is good, onsite golf also ok and Driving Range looking great

Been to this resort a few times over the years and received excellent service, However be warned do not book in the junior golf season as the young are left unsupervised to run around the hotel on an evening. Kicking doors, screaming and shouting all through the night. Evening reception staff when spoken to just reply ‘well what can we do!’

Desert like area,some of the staff were rather sullen and unhelpful.Rooms were ok,a bit dated.Veiws from my room were mainly car park,with a partial view of the ninth green.At the rear ,had views of the pool and golfcourse which were nice.The golf course was a test and good condition.overall golf course good,hotel not so good.(food not good).

This was a golfing holiday with friends. We have been many times and it is fantastic value. Although the greens had just been holotined it did not detract from the holiday. The Hotel is just about 4 star but the staff elevate it somewhat as everyone from Fransesca in the Golf section to Jenny Rocks, (restaurant) Martha and Julieta in the Pub bar/restaurant were most welcoming, helpful and friendly. For golfers the course has some very challenging holes but it well set out with changes being undertaken each year. Buggies were pre booked. There isnt much going on in the evening but there are a few bars in the commercial centre nearby. The Hotel food was typically mediteranian with lots of salads plus cooked meats always plentiful, Breakfasts were very good with the normal egg station, fruit and beans and hot drinks machines etc. The rooms have had a makeover and there are now kettles provided and the cleaners do a good job. All in all, for the price you pay (golf included) this is great value. If you do not play golf perhaps it is too remote for a family holiday.

Very challenging golf course and a great golf range. Hotel is spacious with a lovely pool area . The rooms are clean and towels are changed every day.The breakfast is nice but the evening meals are of a poor standard.(this is not 4* Food )The bar staff are probably the rudest we have ever come across. Never smiled and acted like they didn’t want us there!!

Where to start Good points I think.Golf course is good a great challenge some lovely holes and in good condition.pace of play ok around 4.5 hours which is ok for holiday golf great range 7 euro for 50 balls facilities great . BAD POINTS. Hotel staff are very rude and non professional the restaurant food is edible but not good we started eating in the little complex next door to the hotel which was great saved our holiday.

Nice hotel looks absolutely fine. Bar and service staff sooo surly. I am amazed how unfriendly the bar staff are. No smiles, no attention just verging on rude. Very disappointed

“If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the most disappointing and pathetic experiences we have ever had. We chose to stay at this hotel during our wedding week specifically because we wanted to take a few beautiful photos there after our ceremony and create special memories from one of the most important days of our lives. Instead of kindness or understanding, the staff literally started chasing us out while we were taking photos, treating us as if we were unwanted intruders rather than paying guests who chose this hotel for such a meaningful occasion. The attitude was cold, rude, and completely lacking any basic human decency or professionalism. What hurts the most is that our wedding day mood was completely ruined because of the way we were treated. A hotel is supposed to represent hospitality, but this place clearly has no understanding of what hospitality actually means. The lack of empathy toward newlyweds on their wedding day is honestly shocking and embarrassing. Rather than leaving with beautiful memories, we left feeling upset, disrespected, and humiliated. This hotel turned what should have been a happy and emotional moment into a stressful and bitter experience that we will unfortunately never forget. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to feel welcomed, respected, and treated like a valued guest — stay as far away from this place as possible.”

Had a lovely stay here for a wedding. Not much to do if staying a whole week I’d guess.
