The 22m room that I booked was spacious and the bed was comfortable and big too. They provided two pillows but one too flat and the other too small. Hotel lobby provides toiletries for guests. They have bath salts with Christmas decorations which is great for the festive season. Location wise it is a short walk from Karashima station. Maybe 5 minutes.

三人入住三碗，2600塊，帶來的全是享受😎。
設施：設施很新，梳化床輪流睡一晚，腰不會痛，而且房間內面積足夠攤開三個行李箱，完全能夠接受。
衞生：非常乾淨，感謝打掃人員，我們每天吃的都比較多，但第二天都很乾凈。
環境：地段不錯，離上下通很近，樓下兩個便利店，不遠處有電車站台，離景點都不遠，非常推薦！

Beds are comfy and spacious for the Twins.
But no car parking within the property, there is small car park across the hotel but seats are limited.

Front desk was kind and really listened to my request. It is near McDonald's and many restaurants. Lobby is a bit small but in average it is good enough to stay. I am happy that the bed is comfortable.

Strategic location right at the Shinshigai Shopping Street where you can literally get anything you need from food to shopping. It is also near the Kumamoto Castle within 10-20mins walking distance.
This hotel chain has lived up to its expectations, clean, fully equipped with amenities and spacious room. We've been staying at this hotel chain in Osaka, Hiroshima and now Kumamoto.
