The hotel facilities are spotless and clean, and all the staff are friendly, warm, and polite to guests, making everyone feel right at home. The hotel's breakfast buffet, in particular, offers a wide variety of dishes that change daily. There are also many massage shops and restaurants nearby, making the surrounding amenities very convenient. I will definitely be back to vacation here again on my next visit to Khao Lak.

A very cozy, atmospheric, and quiet resort. Incredibly friendly staff. There are several cafes, a supermarket, and a souvenir shop nearby. Beautiful beach and amazing sunsets! I will definitely come back again!

An absolutely delightful and immensely satisfying experience! This hotel has become my personal favorite and a top contender for future vacations. My husband and I have traveled extensively throughout Thailand, visiting various regions, and this place truly stands out as number one in our hearts 🥇. First and foremost, its location is perfect for those who prefer a quieter, more serene vacation style. The hotel feels like a hidden paradise. Although it's an 80-minute drive from Phuket International Airport, it's absolutely worth it. You're away from the bustling tourist crowds, escaping the noise to face the ocean and tranquility directly. The resort's private beach offers an exclusive location where you can take leisurely strolls and capture stunning 360-degree photos without any other people in the background. Secondly, the entire resort, from its beautiful entrance, lotus ponds, and charming courtyard corridors, instantly calms your mind and makes you fall in love with this garden wonderland. The visually stunning environment is captivating, evoking a sense of awe and pure joy. Thirdly, stepping into the room – wow, it's just perfect! The room is bright and spacious, with two floor-to-ceiling glass walls that bring the stunning outdoor scenery right in. The bathroom features a double vanity, a huge bathtub, and a well-designed wet/dry separation, with the toilet and shower areas each having their own space without interference. There's also ample open space in the middle, perfect for a morning stretch. All my skincare and toiletries fit easily without looking cluttered. The large-screen TV offers plenty of satellite channels. The balcony is generously sized with pleasant views. Fourthly, the resort's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive. And the view is absolutely exquisite! Enjoying delicious food while surrounded by beautiful scenery means every day starts with such a feeling of happiness – it’s truly incredible value. Fifthly, the resort boasts a gym, swimming pool, spa, beachfront bar and restaurant, kids' club, and beach, all offering a rich array of activities and delightful surprises. Although the hotel is quite a distance from the airport, you can contact them in advance to arrange a paid airport transfer. The price is reasonable, and the service is excellent. Additionally, the car rental owner outside the hotel is fantastic, with very friendly prices. I highly recommend contacting him for his services (his sign is included in the attached photos). The small restaurants near the hotel also offer fair prices and delicious food. There's one roadside eatery run by a single mother; while the wait might be a bit long, the taste and portion sizes are absolutely satisfying. Although there aren't many shops nearby, they are sufficient to meet your needs, ensuring you won't be disappointed and can enjoy your spending. Finally, my personal stay was excellent. I highly recommend everyone to experience it. However, even during Thailand's rainy season and low tourist season, rooms fill up quickly, so I advise booking early. The room was damp, I had to wake up and empty water from the dehumidifier. The restaurant was cramped, with very limited food options. The bacon wasn't even out; a chef had to serve it. There was no smoked salmon, and the juice was from a carton. The hotel itself felt very small. For our honeymoon, there were no amenities provided, just a bed arrangement. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one doesn't even come close. The towels and bathrobes were incredibly rough. I even had to ask for a toothbrush. The water pressure was low, and the bathtub was plastic. For the same price, I'd rather go to Le Méridien. The quality doesn't match its 'Grand' designation; it feels more like a budget hotel.
