Atour Hotel (Urumqi International Grand Bazaar Minjie)

The hotel boasts a full range of facilities and excellent service, plus it's within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. Definitely a great choice. Just a tip: try to avoid rooms facing the 'Third Street' (San Jie). There's a 24-hour convenience store on the ground floor called '8:30' (Ba Dian Ban) and their constant "Welcome to 8:30" announcements can be quite disruptive to sleep.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the front desk staff are warm and attentive. The room facilities are complete, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. This Atour hotel is definitely my first choice when visiting Urumqi!

Traveling with two elderly people, we decided to take it easy and stayed two nights in Urumqi. The hotel breakfast was rich and varied, which the seniors really appreciated. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters' walk from the Grand Bazaar. The bus stop right in front of the hotel, 'Minjie Station', makes it super convenient to get to the Xinjiang Museum and the Hotan Food Festival.

The rooms are clean and tidy. You can borrow books for free in the lobby, and the service is warm and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Grand Bazaar, within walking distance. Visiting the Grand Bazaar at night is even more beautiful, and you can climb the tower to overlook the city before 8:00 PM. There are many great food options downstairs from the hotel, and the Double Lamb restaurant is popular with locals and serves excellent roast lamb.

The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance, and the front desk staff, especially the gentlemen, were incredibly attentive and patiently answered all our questions. Our stay during this trip exceeded expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, free from any unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Overall, the value for money is superb. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Urumqi.

It's great. Every time we visit, they help us with our room, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's easy to get to Jinquan Mall, Grand Bazaar, and Tian'er Street. We chose this hotel for both our first night in Urumqi and our last night before leaving. The breakfast was also delicious. I remember my husband mentioning that he ate Dapanji with noodles, and they made it fresh on the spot.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Jinquan Shopping Mall, and Hetian 2nd Street. The room was spacious and relatively quiet, and underground parking was convenient. The service was also very attentive. The only drawback was that the window overlooked an indoor pedestrian street in the residential area, and the floor was low, so the natural light and ventilation were poor. Overall, I was quite satisfied.
