Great location as it is walking distance to the Loop and Big shopping centers. Starbucks is just downstairs on the Street Level. Hotel Valet is always ready to help you with ur car and luggages

The Hotel was very clean and had amazing staff. Great location and the soaking tub is a great touch for a romantic or just relaxing night. We usually stay at the Sheraton but after this stay we will be booking here instead going forward. Recommend 10/10

First, the room's location was good, but the interior facilities seemed quite old. Second, the pillows in the room were very unsuitable; the low pillows were too low, and the high pillows were too high; there weren't any suitable pillows available. Finally, the front desk service was terrible; we had to call twice to follow up before anything was brought to us.

There is a restaurant on the first floor where you can eat right away, so even if there is no restaurant in the hotel, it is not a problem. The room was also large, so I was very satisfied.

Great location, only 15 minute to the Bean and the Chicago Art Institute. Lots of amenities. Helpful front desk staff. Loved my room. Two restaurants, one on the roof. Nice bar. Liked this hotel a lot and will definitely return here, Didn’t like how pushy one of the female door staff was, as she grabbed my bags when I got out of an Uber without asking. Took them all the way to my door, hoping for a big tip. Also, very strongly suggested we use a cab that was one of her friends, instead of an Uber. Won’t get bath/shower combination again as the faucet wouldn’t stop dripping. .

Room was very, very clean. Staff checked on us via text message which was appreciated. Overall, the hotel’s esthetic was luxurious but casual.
