Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The manager and staff are truly amazing !

Breakfast was excellent, all areas were meticulously well maintained. Pricey, but nice value. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was fantastic! Loved having the breakfast chef serve up different things each day right from the griddle. The location on the beach was ideal. The beach was clean and chairs/umbrellas were available to rent on the sand. Our room was clean, had a nice kitchenette and had a great view of the ocean. The cons- we had a room with a roll out/accessible shower when we did not request it so showering was awkward & the room we were supposed to have was given away since we arrived so late, including the pullout sofa bed we needed for our kids

The services were excellent , the continental breakfast was on point, kudos to the chef on the strawberry / chocolate cover pancakes. My only concern is more staff needed for Housekeeping services.

Element did not disappoint! We were looking for a beachfront property and not only did the beautiful beach impress - just steps from the pool deck, the array of other amenities made this the perfect property for our R&R stay. Breakfast was plentiful - especially stellar was Patty, the weekday breakfast hostess, and daily grill features and a yogurt bar too! The front desk staff, Bryan and Emily, provided lovely ideas for dinner spots and the complimentary shuttle was our chariot to and from dinner (don’t forget to tip Jim! - he is awesome). There needs to be additional servers to handle pool desk patrons and did their best to accommodate all the wonderful orders of food and drink. Also, I believe to Element would benefit from having wristbands for guests, as there were surely people that were not Element guests taking up deck chairs and pool space. The pool deck is lovely and the blue towels are a treat. I wish there were a few more bikes to use - just two on property. Would stay again!

Very clean hotel & excellent location. The breakfast area/lobby is too small and can get cramped in a hurry but that is an overall design problem of this entire chain rather than an issue at this particular location. I can recommended it with no reservations.

The room and amenities were awesome and then the bar area and lobby were excellent. Friendly and professional staff.

I can’t believe they don’t offer ice buckets. I’d rather pay for a good breakfast and have free parking. Staff was very nice, but sometime distracted by their phones
