Lakeside Hotel

The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was pleasant. The hotel is close to West Lake Park, making it very convenient for walks and sightseeing. There are also many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was quite abundant.

The lake-view room offers a prime spot with an unobstructed view of the lake, and there's a private guest access directly to the lakeside boardwalk, which is very convenient. As for dining, both the breakfast on the first floor and the MinYueXuan restaurant on the second floor offer excellent, representative cuisine.

My parents were very satisfied. The scenery is pleasant, and West Lake is right outside the door. The location is great, as you can walk to Sanfang Qixiang. The service was excellent; they answered all our questions, and there were no disappointments. When traveling, it's always good to stay in a well-established hotel.

I wouldn't say it's bad, just very mediocre. It pretty much relies on its lakeside location as its main advantage, and the outdoor pool is a bonus. Everything else is pretty unremarkable. We booked a connecting room and a king room. Both connecting rooms were directly opposite the elevator. We tried to ask for a different location, but the hotel said that this room type is always in that spot on every floor. Luckily, since we checked in at the tail end of the holiday, there weren't many guests, so we weren't disturbed at night. However, this layout is a bit puzzling – paying a high price for a room with a poor location... The environment is decent, but the experience was just okay...

This five-star hotel offers excellent service and quality. We received a complimentary room upgrade, and the view was fantastic. The environment was very clean! If I ever come back to Fuzhou, I would definitely choose this hotel again. I booked three rooms, and they were all arranged together, which I was very happy with.

Very comfortable, the room was packed with thoughtful details, such as the hairdryer on the vanity, a recessed space for toiletries, a night light, and a niche in the shower. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, the shower pressure was excellent, and the water temperature and flow were very comfortable. The bedding was also very cozy. It would have been even better with a bathtub. There's a direct door leading to the West Lake wooden walkway. The location is superb, very convenient for getting around, everything is close by. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fuzhou.

This hotel is probably one of the older five-star establishments in the area. Its location by West Lake is fantastic, and it's also a short walk to Sanfang Qixiang, which makes it very convenient. The hotel facilities are as expected – clean and comfortable. We booked a lake-view room and the scenery outside the window was absolutely beautiful and delightful. The next morning, I even took my family for a walk in the park, all very convenient. I also want to commend the hotel's additional services, which I think deserve a special shout-out. First, the mini-bar: arriving at the hotel hot and tired, grabbing a cold drink from the room was pure bliss! Second, the '活力早餐包' (vibrant breakfast bag) in the morning: it's easy to carry and perfectly satisfied our basic breakfast needs. Third, the airport transfer service: booking was easy, the driver arrived early, and the vehicle was a brand-new, comfortable business van. The overall experience was top-notch! Details like these really build a brand, and I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Fuzhou.

This hotel was our stopover in Fuzhou for one night. It's set up like a standard star-rated hotel, and the metro station is within a reasonable walking distance, making it super convenient to get to the city center and the train station. The dinner at the hotel's second-floor restaurant was excellent, and my daughter especially loved the scent of the shampoo!

This hotel is fantastic! The location is perfect, with beautiful West Lake views right outside. The staff were very attentive. The hotel's decor and ambiance are lovely, and we even received welcome fruit upon check-in. We'd definitely come back if we have the chance.
