Dormos Hotel

Ideally located handy for rail station, port and main square. Spotlessly clean large rooms with big walk in showers, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, safe, and lovely comfy beds!! The staff are lovely! Abel gave us a great recommendation for a really good authentic tapas bar (Arte puro), and we had a great couple of nights - I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re in Cadiz!!

Loved this hotel, had room 303 on top floor, great seaview, sunsets, close to old town and couple of beaches. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It doesn’t do food, but 5minutes walk in any direction and you are surrounded by bars/ cafe/ restaurants. First 3 pics in this review are 303, id highly recommend it, there was a beautiful evening, sunset, Cava on a massive private terrace. How do you beat this? ( ok I’d have liked a couple of coat hooks on a wall for longer items, but hey…)

Hair in the bathroom on the floor and toilet, we had it cleaned again. We had booked for 3 nights but found bed bugs after the first night and demanded a refund for the remaining nights which we fought for and received. Very well placed for the old town

Dormos was terrific. Lovely little hotel and with a good location in Cadiz old-town. Staff at reception were great. Really helpful and friendly. Room was immaculate, bright and modern with a very comfortable bed. A great stay, especially at the price. PS, the official rating on the hotel door is 2 star but services provided more like the 3.5 star listed by *******. i.e A/C rooms, mini bar, 24 hour front desk etc. No restaurant or breakfast though

Great Location and Balcony Great location, walkable to Victoria beach as well as the city center and Cathedral. The room itself was on the smaller side, however, it had a balcony with a plunge pool perfect for a hot day and and to sit out on in the cool evenings! Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was just a few meters from the Malecón and about five minutes to the cathedral. Very well located. The staff was fabulous and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. I loved this hotel and enthusiastically recomed it.

Wonderful stay for 4 nights. This is a modern property which is run simply, with minimum of staff and fuss. Excellent location - easily walkable from the train station, to the sea front & to the city centre. Room was more than adequate. The two staff members I had the majority of contact with - Alvaro and Abel - need a special mention. Both were extremely welcoming and provided me with perfect recommendations for dining everyday. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to return one day.

Rooms are small but clean and there are no amenities but you get what you pay for.

Front desk was very accomidating and responsive. Great location, quiet and rooms were clean and modern. Would definitely stay there again.
