The facilities are relatively new, and the location is excellent. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach, and there are many dining options and a supermarket nearby. However, after the first day's cleaning, there were no bath towels, and they weren't delivered even after I called. On the second day, after cleaning, there were still no bath towels.

If hygiene and cleanliness are a priority for you, do NOT book this hotel. There was a medicine packet from a previous guest on the vanity chair, and a dried-up contact lens from a previous guest on the bedside table. I tried to overlook all of that and even spent one night, but when I lay down to sleep the next day, there were about 20 silkworm cocoons, just like in the picture, on the wall near the headboard, right under the ceiling. I'm not sure why I can't attach a video, but some of them had already hatched (?), and larvae were squirming around. I called the front desk to request a room change, but they refused, saying the hotel was fully booked. So I asked them to at least clean it, and a staff member came up with a broom. They said they would sweep them off. Wouldn't sweeping them from above the headboard make them fall onto the bed??? So I told them I refused that method, and the staff member said okay and went downstairs. They left the door open, so I thought they'd come back up. But after more than 20 minutes, they hadn't returned, so I called the front desk again, and they said, 'You told us you didn't need cleaning, so I came down.' Ugh. Eventually, they did come back up and removed them with tape wrapped around a mop, but they couldn't get all the ones in the corners. After returning to Korea, I requested a partial refund for the cleaning fee, but the hotel refused. I've only written the facts for those who might consider staying here.

Perfect, I loved everything. Room was cleaned every day, breakfasts were delicious with a lot of variety, and the staff were wonderful.

Good hotel, not far from the sea, with many cafes and shops nearby. The room has all the amenities. They exchanged dollars at the reception desk at night) And there's also a 24-hour shop in the lobby.

The staff were friendly and the service was good. However, since I was assigned to a very low floor (5th floor), the view wasn't great and there was construction noise. The breakfast also wasn't to my taste. Still, it was pretty decent overall.

The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of dining options nearby and close to the beach. A downside is that it's very noisy. A family next to us had extremely loud children, which was definitely not pleasant when trying to rest. You can also hear street noise, like a man shouting while selling things at night. We booked a trip to Bana Hills through the hotel. Initially, the driver was very friendly and kept hinting that we should text him an hour before leaving Bana Hills so he could pick us up around 4:00 PM or 4:30 PM. We found that pickup time too early as we weren't finished sightseeing. We contacted him an hour later for pickup. When he arrived, he didn't say a word to us! What kind of driver is that, only focused on himself! He clearly wanted us to stick to his schedule! And it later turned out the tour was more expensive when booked through the hotel. The food was acceptable, but often lacked explanation cards for the dishes. Not much variety. The staff were nice, though. However, toilet paper was not replenished properly or on time. We always had to ask for it, and on the day before departure, it wasn't even refilled.

Relatively clean and friendly, but the breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast, gym, and sauna were all a bit lacking for the facilities offered. However, I would still recommend it because the room was clean. I'm satisfied.
