Staybridge Suites Bismarck by IHG

The room & property were clean, breakfast was great. What was not great was that after I checked in & settled in my room, another guest was given that room number for their stay so they came in my room. The front desk staff apologized but there really should have been more done for that significant of an issue.

The Breakfast was wonderful and the attendant kept the food coming hot and the area clean! The room was clean, my only complaint would be out tub was slow to drain.

Everything about the state was amazing! My family and I had the best time! We will definitely be back!

tayed here recently and overall it was fine — the room itself was decent and everything worked as expected. However, the bathroom was a big downside. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been and definitely felt pretty gross, which made the stay less comfortable. If they improved their bathroom cleanliness, this would be a much better experience.

Lovely remodel with nice rooms and a lovely gathering space in the lobby area that worked really well for our needs.

Enjoyed our stay. I do notice there were areas throughout the room that could have used a good cleaning. Under the bathroom sink, there were dust bunnies. Found some trash in the corner of the television area.

The shower drain didn’t work great so it flooded the suite bathroom floor! But all in all we enjoyed our stay in the Suite.

The room was well stocked with everything that you may need, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were super-friendly!

There was a loud consistent banging every 15 minutes or so through most of the night. Sounded like someone was doing construction above us.
