Staying here was very convenient. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and they were cleaned every morning. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

They kindly adjusted my dates on-site since a bed was available. The staff were flexible and helpful, the facilities were easy to use, and everything was just perfect.

Very nice kitchen. I enjoyed it. However, they should NOT charge for leaving luggage for a few hrs after check-out.

Good place nearby the union square. Bad thing is they cancel the breakfast from last year. Hope they can resotr it.

It was a pretty good stay overall. The location is great, though it can get a bit noisy from the street sometimes. But hey, for this price, what more can you ask for, right? Plus, it's right next to the Dolby Theatre.
