The hotel service was excellent, and the scenery was beautiful. We encountered a few minor issues, but thanks to Riley at the front desk, who helped resolve them, we were able to check in smoothly. We are very grateful for her assistance. Riley arranged a comfortable and quiet room for us, which was very clean. The service was attentive and detailed, offering great value for money. We had a very pleasant stay.

Radisson Blu New World Hotel was absolutely wonderful. I especially want to highlight Judy at the reception—she was incredibly kind, attentive and made my experience truly memorable. If I visit Shanghai again, I will definitely stay here because of her warm hospitality. The view was amazing and the location couldn’t have been better.

Service: Jackie was incredibly friendly and even arranged welcome fruits for the elderly guests. Cleanliness: The room was spotless. Environment: The view of the school playground downstairs was expansive and pleasant. Facilities: The swimming pool water temperature was comfortable, and the sauna was very clean. Being close to Nanjing East Road and People's Square, it offers incredible value for money!

Vwry good location. Connected to the New wold mall and easy tonget line 2 everywhere. Just get out from exit 8 and cross the road or exist 6 or 7 to go under the mall and walk through hotel. Breakfast varieties are good. Recommend.
