Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Stay We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, making it really easy to explore Shanghai, and the breakfast had a huge choice with something for everyone. The hotel itself was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special shout-out to Jackie on reception and Monday, who both made our check-in and check-out so easy and were particularly helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to use the pool or spa, but everything else about the hotel was fantastic. One of the highlights was the spectacular view from the rooftop bar at night, with the Shanghai skyline beautifully lit up. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. 5 stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with both the facilities and the service. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean, and everything was well managed. Most of all, I was truly impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to thank Jeff Chen. During my stay, I encountered a situation that was difficult to resolve, but Jeff went above and beyond to help me. He listened carefully, understood my concerns, and did everything he could to find a solution. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Thanks to Jeff, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a very positive experience. His genuine care and excellent customer service made a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel, and I sincerely hope the hotel recognizes Jeff Chen for his outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai!

We had such a wonderful experience staying at Radisson Blu Hotel which is connected to New World Shopping Mall. Super convenient for food and shopping. The customer service was a standout. The bell attendant, Davin from Conceirge and Kara the Receptionist was extremely welcoming and incredibly helpful with all our queries. Davin was assisting me navigate through apps and shopping online. Kara was so helpful in calling stores on my behalf as I couldn’t speak the language. Customer service was absolutely fantastic and we definetely would like to come back here again!

What a pleasant stay! We couldn’t be happier. Service was great. The room was the perfect size with a great view. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of Western options and delicious food. Thanks to William for the wonderful service, support with check-in, and even for getting us a room upgrade! We will certainly return and recommend.
