Mandarin Hotel! A definite five-star rating. This time I brought my baby, and as soon as we entered, there was a refreshing citrus scent. The environment was warm and comfortable. The room was meticulously clean, with a separate wet and dry area, plenty of hot water, a soft mattress, and good soundproofing, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and polite, and check-in was quick. The location is convenient, with many dining options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for short trips. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I stayed in a family room for one night and a business room for another. The family room was a bit small, making it difficult to open luggage, and it was a bit noisy due to renovations across the street. The business room was larger and nicely decorated, but the cleanliness was just so-so. The front desk service was excellent. It was a shame I only stayed two nights, which was a bit too short to experience many of the services. The breakfast was decent. They mentioned having a late-night snack, but I only caught it one evening. I thought it would be desserts and fruits, but it turned out to be things like steamed buns and siu mai for the next morning, nothing else. The location is very close to Dashijie Station. Perhaps we're just not good at walking, but the distance to attractions was a bit awkward – mostly 1-1.5 kilometers, which was a bit tiring to walk. Taking the subway for one or two stops seemed unnecessary for three people, so we just opted for taxis.

The service was incredibly attentive and warm. I highly recommend it; the rooms are clean and comfortable.

This hotel has no windows, and the room was incredibly damp; even the duvet felt wet when I slept. I really hope everyone avoids booking this place. Its only redeeming quality is the location; everything else is worthless. The bathroom smelled musty and damp, again, no windows. Even the hotel hallway had a damp problem. I can't believe a hotel like Shanghai Orange Crystal would have rooms without windows, especially at this price. 588 a night, and they can't even provide an outside window? I was honestly speechless sleeping in such a damp environment all night… I usually don't like leaving hotel reviews, but this one absolutely deserves a bad one.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just about 100 meters from the subway exit. It's about 1km from major attractions like the Bund, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and People's Square, all within walking distance. There's also a Dahu Chun restaurant just a few dozen meters away, making breakfast super easy. The hotel offers self-service laundry and drying, which is a lifesaver for long trips. The soundproofing in the rooms is also quite good; you might occasionally hear other guests in the hallway, but once you're in your room, it's quiet and undisturbed. The bed was very comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep, though the pillows were just average. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend staying here.

I've been to Shanghai many times, but this is my first stay at this hotel. Aside from the slightly convenient location, everything else was just mediocre. The room was tiny, and the facilities were quite old, clearly having been repaired and patched up many times. The cleanliness wasn't very thorough either; there were stickers on the curtains from some child, I don't know who. I stayed for several days, and the cleaning staff were very slow with housekeeping and didn't replenish bottled water or toothbrushes; I had to request them specifically every time. All in all, the experience wasn't very good.

The room was clean and tidy. It's about 1.5KM from the Bund, and very conveniently located near the Dashijie Metro Station (around 200 meters away). The Line 14 can take you to many attractions, which is super handy. If you're planning a sightseeing trip, I highly recommend staying here – the transportation is excellent, it's clean, and there are plenty of dining options nearby!

The hotel facilities are great! The service is also excellent, everyone is very attentive, the hygiene is good, and the environment is nice. However, I hope there could be a speaker that connects via Bluetooth!

It was okay, but the TV couldn't screen mirror and the deadbolt was broken. Overall, the hotel facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast was really bad. However, the location is great, and the front desk staff, except for the person on my check-in day, were all very friendly. If the window faces an inner courtyard, that should be stated more clearly.
