This hotel cannot simply be described as wonderful; that would be an understatement. It is truly exceptional in every aspect. The staff, services, housekeeping, and food were all outstanding. I would like to thank everyone working at the hotel for their dedication and hospitality, but I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ahmed Ismail and Chef Abdelrahim for making our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely visit again. FinallyThank you for all from the general manager to the last employee in the hotel. I hope to see you in the next vacation

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Our return flight was delayed until the next morning, but instead of showing any understanding or helping us, we were treated with complete disrespect. We were forced to leave the hotel, and when I returned later to collect my personal belongings and photos, I was escorted by security as if I had done something wrong. I have never felt so humiliated in a hotel. A guest should be treated with dignity and respect. Instead, we were made to feel like criminals. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and absolutely no customer service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you expect hospitality, respect, or even basic human decency, look elsewhere. This experience completely ruined the end of our vacation. I will never return and strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel.

am extremely disappointed with my experience at Rewaya Inn Resort. During our stay, an incident occurred at the pool bar where a barman became aggressive towards my husband, slapped his hand, and then threw a bottle of alcohol in our direction near the swimming pool where children and other guests were present. This behaviour was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe. What was even more concerning was the way management handled the situation. Instead of focusing on the aggressive actions of the employee, we felt blamed and pressured to pay for bottles that we disputed being responsible for. Our request to view CCTV footage was refused, and we were asked to sign documents stating that we would take no action against the hotel. Following the incident, we experienced hostile behaviour from several members of staff, which made the remainder of our holiday uncomfortable and intimidating. No guest should have to endure aggression, intimidation, or a lack of concern for their safety. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined our holiday, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on how this serious matter was handled. Worst holiday what we have
