Jingxin Hotel

Wow, I really didn't make a bad choice! This hotel is seriously great. It's on the fourth floor, surrounded by mobile phone shops, but the best part is how incredibly convenient the transportation is. It's super close to the subway station, only about 50 meters away, and right next to Xi'an's Bell Tower. I have to especially praise the two ladies at the front desk – they were so wonderful and thoughtful. They'd ask if you needed water when you left and recommended nearby restaurants. The room facilities were complete and excellent, too. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the toilet was a smart one. It was really comfortable to sit on; my butt felt warm, and I didn't even need to use my hands to flush. Perfect for lazy people, haha!

I highly recommend the Jingxin Hotel! The tech and internet facilities were a perfect 10/10. The hotel boasts high-speed WiFi throughout, with full 5G signal strength, so streaming short videos, making video calls, or sending work files was completely lag-free and the connection was stable. The room's TV has been upgraded to a giant projector with a rich selection of content, and connecting my phone to cast was super smooth. There are an abundance of charging ports everywhere – bedside, desk, and by the window – all featuring five-hole sockets plus USB fast charging, so charging my phone, camera, and power bank simultaneously was a breeze. The desk comes with a high-definition makeup mirror, is spacious, has eye-friendly lighting, and even a built-in storage area. This setup is perfect for business travelers or tourists looking to relax. All the electronic devices were brand new, responsive, and I experienced no lag or malfunctions.

Staying at the Xi'an Jingxin Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to discover their excellent public amenities. The 24-hour free gym was a huge plus! All the equipment in the fitness area was brand new, including treadmills, dumbbells, and stretching machines. The equipment is regularly maintained and in perfect condition, and the floor is covered with professional non-slip mats. The ventilation and lighting are excellent, so workouts never feel stuffy or oppressive. The gym also has a water fountain and lockers, making it easy to exercise and relax anytime. Beyond that, the tables, chairs, and lounge sofas in the public areas are clean and comfortable. The fresh air system in the hallways runs continuously, and the 'Xiao Du' elevators are smooth, silent, and fast, so you never have to wait long. The entire hotel's public facilities are well-maintained, clean, and tidy, and are available for free without any extra charges. Absolutely fantastic value for money!

The sleeping facilities at Jingxin Hotel are simply divine! The mattress is a high-elastic,脊椎-supporting type that's just the right balance of soft and firm, offering excellent support. After a long day of exploring Xi'an, I could just lie down and instantly relax, with no back pain at all. They even provide two different kinds of pillows – a down pillow and a buckwheat pillow – so you can choose your preference, and neither has any strange smells. The air conditioning in the room is incredibly quiet, and the temperature control is precise, so it never gets too hot or too cold. Paired with the double-layered, thickened blackout curtains, the room is completely dark. USB fast charging outlets are conveniently located by the bed, and the bedside LED strip lighting is soft and not at all harsh, so it doesn't hurt your eyes if you get up at night. All the sleep-related amenities in this room are top-notch. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, you're guaranteed a peaceful and restful night's sleep here.

The courtyard is filled with flowers and plants, making it incredibly pleasant for a stroll to clear your mind. The lobby has a high ceiling, so it doesn't feel cramped, and the soft lighting creates a wonderful ambiance. The elevator area and hallways are spotless, with no clutter whatsoever. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any noisy chatter. The guest rooms are even more impressive—spacious and uncluttered. The wall decor is simple yet elegant, and the bathroom has a wet and dry separation. There's even a cozy little tea nook by the window. (Xiaodu is a smart speaker, often used to control the room) The floors are pristine, and the ventilation is great, so there's no damp or stuffy smell. The overall environment is clean, elegant, quiet, and truly therapeutic. Stepping in, you instantly feel your fatigue melt away. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The hotel's overall decor is light luxury and grand, the exterior landscape is neat and upscale, the lobby is spacious and impressive with soft lighting, and the public areas are clean and refined. The meeting and lounge areas are tidy and elegant. The hallways are quiet and clean, free of clutter. The guest rooms are spacious, with clear divisions for work and relaxation. Desks and windowsills are dust-free, and the entire room is well-ventilated and dry with excellent soundproofing. The interior design is simple yet grand, and the overall environment is clean and tranquil. The smart assistant ('Xiao Du') adds a touch of sophistication. It's an excellent choice whether you're hosting clients or traveling alone for business, giving a very respectable impression.

There were no stuffy or smoky odors inside (the mattress). The overall environment is peaceful and cozy, clean and refreshing, making it ideal for family travel. Our comfort level was absolutely maximized.
