The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room size is decent, with a small balcony in every room. However, the duvet was way too warm, and even with the AC set to 20 degrees Celsius, it didn't feel cool enough – I'd wake up feeling hot at night. Also, the swimming pool water wasn't very clean; I only swam once and didn't dare go in again. On the upside, the hotel breakfast was really good! 👍

Hotel de la Coupole is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I’ve been to 20 countries, some multiple times. It was absolutely stunning. The service was outstanding. I was able to travel to Fansipan Peak from the hotel building. Hotel de la Coupole is the only hotel I have ever relaxed in. Normally I go go go and the hotel is just a bed in a room. I relaxed in the lobby for four hours waiting for my shuttle to come. I took a nap at the pool on a comfortable double sized patio bed. I highly recommend you choose this hotel over any other in Sapa.

A top-notch 5-star hotel in the city center with attentive service and spacious, comfortable rooms. The higher floors offer mountain views. The breakfast selection is incredibly diverse, and the pool is fantastic. A must-stay hotel when visiting Sapa.

Designed in a vintage French palace style, surrounded by magnificent mountains ⛰️ and natural forest beauty. The service was very polite, and the overall environment was comfortable. Beautiful scenery everywhere! 👍 Highly recommended.

The hotel is a tourist sight seeing destination in itself - beautfiul, extravagant and luxurious. Having said that, implementation is not always consistent especially in paint job. Beds were great and breakfast was really good. The hotel links to the cable car to Fansipan (must see) and is centrally located. I think it is a must-see and definitely worth staying at least once in your life when visiting Sapa. Check out the Chic restaurant, the bar or high tea place on the same floor and the pool area.
