The rooms were basic, and there was no service, but the town itself was nice.

There is no hair dryer or kettle in the hotel room. The socket is hard to find. The window is leaking. Although there is heating in the room, it still feels quite cold after the air leakage. I went to the front desk to ask for a kettle, but the front desk said that the hotel does not provide it. The service staff's English is very average. There is no elevator in the hotel, but there is one in the corridor. There are stairs of different heights to pass, which is very inconvenient to take the luggage. To go to the restaurant, you have to walk from the corridor to the lobby first, and then walk in the opposite direction from the lobby to reach the restaurant. The distance is quite far. The hotel said that breakfast will start at 8:00, but when we arrived at 8:10, the door of the restaurant was not open. When we checked out at 9:00 in the morning, we wanted to ask the service staff to help with the luggage, but there was still no service staff to take the luggage at 9 o'clock in the morning. It was also difficult to open and close the door of the room, which should be due to the deformation of the door.

Good value for money, magnificent location, friendly staff. The rooms are clean, well-heated, and offer a view of downtown Ifrane. I recommend it to everyone. A very, very good experience. The only issue is the water, which is slightly discolored, but it doesn't even last 20 seconds before it becomes clear.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-heated, with hot water available at all times. The hotel is easily accessible. A big thank you especially to the reception staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel. Laila

The service was terrible. We were at the restaurant for dinner and it took two hours for our food to arrive. We ended up having to leave.
