Hotel Gródek is very accessible to the old town.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average compared to other 5 stars hotel. The Carpet are old and dirty needed a change. Room are small and freaking me out when I fist arrive. Need an upgrade, like . Bed are hard , I got sore back when I woke up, needed a new pillow. Air-con seems not working., I will give 3 stars not a 5 star to that hotel. I was surprised by the rating that they give. 5
Star are overrated. Just saying. In fairness because of accessibility to everything hotel Grodek is ok to stay.

衞生：看上去比較老的酒店，衞生還是很好。
環境：必須五星，去城市核心，市場和博物館，走路15分鐘。
服務：可以看到發自內心的服務。
設施：比較老的設施，但絕對沒有老舊的概念，反而有一些復古的格調。

Very nice place
Perfect location. Near the center of town without the noise. Great staff. Very helpful and responsive. More, better pillows would be nice.

Too dated, 5 ***** completely not appropriate.
Pretty dated interior. Used to have charm, but now too dusty and uncomfy. Starting from no parking and ending with very narrow and unfomfortable beds (80cm widh!)
No shampoo in bathroom, hairdryer for bold people only.
Good breakfast for a plus.
I was using this hotel last 15 years, but it is highest time to change it for sth. more up to date.
