A historical and quaint hotel in the heart of Old Town that is convenient to the square and local transportation.

I needed a place to stay for a few hours before an early morning flight...I booked the hotel through Trip.com.. And I was really surprised, even though I only stayed for a few hours I was very impressed by the nice and courteous staff who took care of my every request..I will definitely be back again

Hotel Gródek is very accessible to the old town.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average compared to other 5 stars hotel. The Carpet are old and dirty needed a change. Room are small and freaking me out when I fist arrive. Need an upgrade, like . Bed are hard , I got sore back when I woke up, needed a new pillow. Air-con seems not working., I will give 3 stars not a 5 star to that hotel. I was surprised by the rating that they give. 5 Star are overrated. Just saying. In fairness because of accessibility to everything hotel Grodek is ok to stay.

The room was very clean and staff were very helpful. The location was great right in the centre with good transport links close by.

Staff was so very helpful. Room was very nice and spacious. Hotel was perfectky situated fir easy access to Old Town. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the Christmas market. Would highly recommend.

Everything was great - location, food, personnel, clean room and bathroom and amenities. My only suggestion would be to add at least one non-political or news channel in english. Maybe National Geographic or Animal Planet.

Hotel staff were welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, even arranging for us to take a lunch box with us on our tour when our early start meant missing breakfast. Room was individually and tastefully decorated. Breakfast plentiful, well presented and great selection on offer. Location was perfect for our needs. Arranging airport transfers with the hotel was simple. Everything we expected from our stay at a Boutique Hotel, couldn’t ask for more.
