Hotel Gródek is very accessible to the old town.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average compared to other 5 stars hotel. The Carpet are old and dirty needed a change. Room are small and freaking me out when I fist arrive. Need an upgrade, like . Bed are hard , I got sore back when I woke up, needed a new pillow. Air-con seems not working., I will give 3 stars not a 5 star to that hotel. I was surprised by the rating that they give. 5
Star are overrated. Just saying. In fairness because of accessibility to everything hotel Grodek is ok to stay.

衞生：看上去比較老的酒店，衞生還是很好。
環境：必須五星，去城市核心，市場和博物館，走路15分鐘。
服務：可以看到發自內心的服務。
設施：比較老的設施，但絕對沒有老舊的概念，反而有一些復古的格調。

I have stayed here fours running in December. Would never dream of using this hotel again. One of our rooms had no cable tv. I went to reception a d asked why. I was told in not a very nice way that it was hard luck ad that is one of the rooms that has no service. I asked for an adjustment and was told to just deal with it. Thus place has gone down hill. Not as clean as it has been. Heating not working in my sister's room. Not worth the money. Will stay elsewhere next Christmas.

This is not a five star hotel. I have been in hotels all over the world and I know what a five star hotel should look like. This is a three star at best. In summary, - for the price you pay, standard rooms are small - WiFi is choppy - Pillows are horrible and need changing - There is no blackout curtain and the room is lit up by lights put up outside to probably light up the dining area - Shower mixer shows signs of wear and tear - Room temperature was not adjustable - Breakfast poached eggs, omelettes were at an extra 25sz charge Location is great, hotel is clean. Service was ok. Hence three stars…

This is a wonderful boutique hotel just outside of the hustle and bustle of Old Town Krakow. It's an easy walk to the square, great restaurants, the Lawn, etc. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean. The only complaint was that our room was above a noisy fan or heat pump unit of some kind. Breakfast was a really great spread, too.

Top quality finishes in this modern boutique hotel. We especially liked the breakfast buffet. The restaurant doubles as a museum of artifacts from 12th to 18th centuries that were found in the excavation of this 2004 structure.
