The hotel experience was great! 👍 Service: Although there was a slight hiccup during check-in, the hotel handled it promptly and perfectly. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team and the guy downstairs, was excellent. Convenience: The location is fantastic, with plenty of snacks and shopping options right downstairs, making everything super convenient. Food: The hotel breakfast is very rich, and the food at Yat Tung Heen, a Michelin one-star restaurant, is delicious, especially the dim sum.

I've stayed at Eaton HK multiple times on my visits to Hong Kong. The service is consistently excellent, from the front desk to all the hotel staff. The rooms are clean, and the location is incredibly convenient, with a plethora of dining options right downstairs and in the surrounding area.

The room condition was great, and most importantly, the location was excellent. I highly recommend the breakfast, definitely give it a try.

Great location, and the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and proactive in speaking Mandarin. The room looked clean, but as soon as I lay down, I started feeling itchy all over, and the next day I broke out in an allergic reaction.

Excellent hotel, I loved everything about it: a great location, easy to find, the subway is nearby, and you can walk to all the interesting sights. Clean linens, soft pillows, and fluffy towels. There's a fridge, bottled water, coffee and tea, and slippers. The room has an interesting decor – it feels just like home, clean and cozy. The front desk staff were very pleasant to interact with. I really loved the hotel's design aesthetic. The breakfast was also very generous and delicious. The newly renovated rooms have a distinctive Hong Kong charm, and the breakfast offers a great mix of Eastern and Western options.

The hotel location is convenient, just an 8-minute walk from the MTR station, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a Wing On department store across the street. When I checked in, the front desk noticed it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday, even giving me a cake. For a hotel at this price point, the value for money is excellent!
