The water heater broke on our first day, but the staff were very friendly and quickly fixed it for us.

We came with a family of 7-8 people. Pets allowed. The room was clean. There was a swimming pool, a grill, a complete kitchen, and several bottles of free drinking water. Overall, it was good.

The hotel was generally very nice, and the service was helpful. The rooms were spacious, but the air conditioning was insufficient. When I asked the staff, they proactively brought fans. However, there were only two fans in three rooms, and the water pressure was weak, but still acceptable. A five-night stay only included one day of free house cleaning, but the pool is cleaned twice a week, which was great. The location is conveniently in the city center, with Korean BBQ and massage parlors nearby.

The location is in a small road, so you have to take a taxi to go out, but it is very close to Terminal 21 and the Tiffany show. The housekeeper does not speak Chinese, but communication is smooth using translation software. It is suitable for group travel. The room was spotless, and the owner and housekeeper were incredibly helpful, practically taking care of every request. During our three-day stay, the owner personally took us to the seafood market for processed seafood, the fruit market for the freshest and most affordable fruit, and even brought us to various small shops to buy souvenirs for our trip back home. The prices were even cheaper than at 7-11! Overall, this villa was an unforgettable experience, and we'll definitely stay there again when we visit Thailand!
