Nüwa is hands down the best, most comfortable, and most amazing hotel I've stayed at in Macau! Every staff member greeted us with a smile and gave us the best experience. I highly recommend everyone coming to Macau to stay at Nüwa.

Mini-bar snacks and complimentary drinks: Very thoughtful, all my favorites, especially the fresh and sweet complimentary fruit. Service: Excellent. Environment: Clean, with the breakfast restaurant on the 25th floor having clear and bright glass walls. Facilities: The room is very spacious, clean, and tidy.

I brought my whole family to Macau for ***** New Year's Eve, and we chose the Hotel Morpheus for its scenic views. I booked three rooms two months in advance, with notes on each reservation. However, upon check-in on New Year's Eve, not a single room had a view! I understand if all three couldn't be arranged, but having none at all is unacceptable. Staring at a dark window on ***** New Year's Eve really ruined the mood! The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and the rooms themselves were generally fine. The minibar was quite generous, with welcome fruits, snacks, and chocolates.

This is my third stay at E-Joo recently, and I'm still in the unbeatable view room! It was during Chinese New Year again, and at midnight on ***** New Year's Eve, watching the countdown to Big Ben while eating dumplings 🥟, celebrating the new year with Pipi at E-Joo was truly enjoyable this year! I stayed for three consecutive nights, and E-Joo's breakfast is also very rich, especially the daily dim sum selection (different every day) which is quite unique! Also, thanks to E-Joo for the birthday cake and gift! Happy New Year!

Extremely satisfied! It's clean, and the service is excellent. The staff even organize your belongings for you, and there were so many surprise gifts – it was a real treat! I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

Absolutely perfect hotel! Even during the Chinese New Year, the service level remained incredibly high. Our original room had a leaky bathroom, and they immediately upgraded us to a suite. I extended my stay without a second thought! 🤭🤭 The breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. All the toiletries were Acqua di Parma. I truly love this hotel.

First, the positives: The shower facilities are better than anything I've experienced in Japan, with bath salts and oils available, and excellent water pressure. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, and the service recovery is on point. When an issue arose, the assistant front office manager promptly came to my room to discuss and resolve it. Now for the negatives: They haggled with me over extra bath towels and refused to provide them. I requested a firmer pillow three times within half an hour, but each time I was met with excuses. Finally, the butler claimed to have forgotten due to being busy, and brought a disgusting small pillow stuffed into a large pillowcase, which looked dirty and ugly. This really tarnishes the hotel's luxurious image. The compensatory fruit they sent wasn't prepared at all – just a pile dumped on the table, completely inedible unless I prepared it myself! Only the complimentary champagne had enough ice, making it the only thing consumable. The chocolates were also terrible! When I requested a late check-out, they refused three times, only eventually extending it from 11 AM to 11:30 AM. Although I eventually spoke to a manager and resolved it, this kind of experience feels more exhausting than staying at a small domestic motel. If you're not particularly keen on showers and baths, and aren't impressed by scenic views, then this hotel's value for money and service quality are just average.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised! It's unpretentious and understated, yet incredibly warm and genuine. Every service interaction was spot on, making you feel cared for and looked after by familiar faces from the moment you step in. Even the housekeeping staff cleaned our room meticulously every day. When we checked out, they even stopped what they were doing to help us with our luggage to the elevator. We were traveling with our baby this time, and the hotel was incredibly attentive and engaging, even with our two-year-old guest. Many thanks for the clothes rack, the blind box with a little toy, the bubble tea, and the various seasonal fruits. The room maintenance service was also incredibly prompt. We're especially grateful to Kimon, the Assistant Front Office Manager, for this trip. Hope to see you next time!
