City of Dreams - Nüwa Macau

A new, clean, and very pleasant hotel. Excellent location and very friendly staff. We stayed in both a Premier room and a standard room – the rooms are beautiful and stylish, and the views are incredible! The most beautiful water show in City of Dreams is within walking distance.

An absolutely amazing stay (worth repeating “amazing” three times)! The hardware facilities are, of course, top-notch, but it’s the staff—from the front desk, concierge, and restaurant servers to the housekeeping team—who truly shine. It felt like a relay race of the highest standard in attentive service. I'd like to award my personal 2026 'Best Service' award to every single staff member at this hotel. Anna at the front desk and John the doorman concierge were particularly impressive. They remembered my name after only a brief interaction and greeted me every time. This level of service is truly remarkable and shows how dedicated the hotel is to cultivating its staff. This kind of warmth isn't something that can be achieved through luxurious facilities alone. It was truly wonderful, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau.

My initial stay was fantastic; the front desk and housekeeping staff were all wonderful, very warm, and provided excellent information about the surrounding area. However, what happened today when I took the hotel shuttle to Hengqin Port left me utterly disappointed with the City of Dreams staff. There was a new student from Macau University of Science and Technology whose Macau Pass wouldn't activate for three more days. She wanted to take the hotel shuttle to the port to pick up a package. The staff insisted on a consumption receipt to board the bus. The two girls explained their situation and even pleaded with the staff, but the staff coldly refused, saying no. I could see the girls were clearly new to the area, so I offered my seven-day City of Dreams receipt for them to use. This was also ruthlessly rejected by the staff. I am truly very disappointed with the City of Dreams Macau staff. As a parent myself, these children are new to Macau and unfamiliar with things. Is it really impossible to offer such a small help? Do they really have to spend 50 MOP before they can take the bus back? Finally, a passerby told the girls to go to Wynn, where the shuttle is free. I was speechless; I can't believe something like this actually happened.

Stayed two nights for a concert, and it was super convenient to get around. The E-Joya Hotel is new and the rooms are well-equipped, including a smart toilet. They offer a complimentary selection of drinks and snacks. The turndown service with sleep patches and essential oils was a really nice touch and very helpful. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and helpful. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

This was my first time staying at a hotel in Macau, and the experience far exceeded any hotel I've stayed at in Hong Kong for the same price. The room and hotel facilities were great, and the service and attention to detail were perfect. Many thanks to our butler Jason and all the hotel staff for their hospitality.

I had to travel for work unexpectedly and chose this hotel. It was a great pick! The mini-bar snacks and complimentary drinks were excellent.

The room had good natural light and ventilation, with fully functional amenities. The soundproofing was also effective, leading to a very peaceful stay. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The housekeeping staff were attentive, and the common areas were elegant and clean. The value for money exceeded expectations. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, and I will definitely prioritize it for my next trip. Highly recommended!

This hotel boasts an excellent location at City of Dreams, directly opposite The Venetian. Our suite offered unparalleled views, allowing us to enjoy the sunset during the day and the illuminated Eiffel Tower at night. The hotel's decor features a new Chinese-style design, which is incredibly elegant. The facilities are very new, and the service is exceptionally attentive! I will definitely be back!
