It's okay. The location is convenient with two subway stations nearby and a supermarket. There aren't many restaurants though. The area feels very safe. The room is a bit small and the desk isn't very practical for putting things on.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mercure Lyon, The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room had an amazing views from the balcony. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city.

Facilities: The hotel has modern facilities, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and two complimentary bottles of water daily. Cleanliness: Very clean, with shower caps, sewing kits, and toiletries provided. Environment: Excellent soundproofing, centrally located in a commercial street, 30 minutes from the train station, and great views from the windows. Very satisfied; the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in the same price range in Europe so far.
