Hôtel Mercure Lyon Centre Beaux-Arts

It's okay. The location is convenient with two subway stations nearby and a supermarket. There aren't many restaurants though. The area feels very safe. The room is a bit small and the desk isn't very practical for putting things on.

Facilities: The hotel has modern facilities, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and two complimentary bottles of water daily. Cleanliness: Very clean, with shower caps, sewing kits, and toiletries provided. Environment: Excellent soundproofing, centrally located in a commercial street, 30 minutes from the train station, and great views from the windows. Very satisfied; the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in the same price range in Europe so far.

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Bellecourt metro station. The entrance is very easy to spot. It's located on a shopping street. Restaurants and supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. It's within walking distance of Lyon's main attractions. The city tax is €7.50, deducted directly from the deposit. The room's air conditioning is powerful. Two free bottles of mineral water are provided daily. The front desk staff are very welcoming and can offer travel advice. The only downside is that the showerhead in the bathroom is too low; the overhead shower is more convenient. Recommended stay.

Thanks to the receptionists for allowing us to check into our room early. We were able to get a good night's sleep after a long journey.

The location of the hotel is super good, right on the pedestrian street. What's especially considerate is that the two rooms are arranged together with a door in the middle, which is very good! But the price is parking! Let's not talk about parking in big European cities, that's not the hotel's problem.
