Quality Inn Gulf Shores Airport

The place really needs to be gutted and rebuilt!! The tub corners were really filthy!! It was like baked in dirt!! Looks like they may need a chisel to remove the dirt stuck to the tub corners!! Thank goodness I always bring my own shower flip flops !! They didn’t even have bath towels just hand towels and one of the wash cloths was not even white anymore ( that really should have been trashed!! ) Thank goodness I also bring my own towels ! The carpet was so stained the room smells horrible!! The elevator was so dirty and dingy!!  And to think they charged me $225 for the night !! It’s good I was just passing through and it was a last minute trip and I didn’t have to stay but less than 12 hours!! I would never go back to that hotel again and unfortunately they make all other hotels that carry the same name look bad!!

Broken bathtub fixtures, leaky refrigerator, soap scum on bathtub& shower head.

Three was no closet in my suite no way to hang up clothes. The floor tilt was cracked in one place. when i attempted to dry my hair with the hair dryer the entire thing pulled out of the wall. other than that it was nice. great staff. location. comfortable beds. breakfast not so hot

Julia the front desk clerk was so kind her customer service was amazing also property was very clean and quiet breakfast was great as well would definitely consider staying again all the other staff was amazing as well

When I arrived the staff was nice enough to allow me to check in early. Which I was so grateful for. Once I entered the room to check out the quality and the cleanliness of the room, I noticed that the linens were stained(badly). I reported it to the front desk staff and it was instantly taken care of. They came in and changed the linens without issue. Only other issue was the side door. It’s not secured. When you enter or exit, you must pull the door close are it will remain open.

The place is a dive a family of three and they tried to put us in a king bed the place is filthy we didn’t stay there we were there 5 minutes looked at the place and left

I really don't get all of the positive reviews I've seen about this property. Those reviews ultimately led me to book a stay. When I walked into our room, there were stains all over the carpet. The towels, the comforter, and the tub were all stained. The room was nasty. I went to the front desk and requested a different room, but of course, there wasn't anything else available. Disgusting

The AC unit Leaked causing wet spots in the floor. The room smelled like mildew A hot tub is advertised. There isn't one at all The carpet in the stairwell looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in months The tub has black stuff in the cracks in the bottom of the tub. We did not complain, we simply wanted a place to sleep, with a hot tub. The Sheets were clean, but the bed was extremely hard.

Breakfast was fine. The room was outdated. Tub did not look clean. Sheets contained stains as well as the blankets.
