The Inn at Charles Town / Hollywood Casino

The room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Our only complaint is that the coffee tasted like instant (not fresh brewed).

Stayed the night to see a concert. The shuttle was very convenient, the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Did not like the Continental Breakfast. No hot food, not even a waffle maker so we passed. I expected much better.

The room was very nice. We got a smoking room and to our surprise the smell of smoke was not bad at all compared to other places we’ve stayed with smoking rooms. The hotel looked really nice and clean. The staff was super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend it. Will be back again!

My only complaint is there’s Slim pickings for the continental breakfast. Besides that everything else was good.

The staff was great! Shuttle was convenient! Breakfast was mediocre to say the least…not worth the “amenity fee”…hotel was very overpriced for what you get.

Check in from ******* was a pain. Breakfast was adequate. Room was very basic for the price paid. Staff was beyond nice!

Had the breakfast which was very good with the selection that was offered very clean room

I had to check out early due a major snow storm at home. Front desk said no problem and that Orbitz would credit me. Orbitz said the hotel refused to honor it. I had to pay for a Saturday and Sunday night I wasn’t there for. I would have stayed if I knew it would cost me $400.
