The hotel's location on the west side of the city, near the airport, is fantastic. Since the city isn't very large, it was super convenient to get around using Grab or driving to the beach. The city view room offered expansive views, which was all great, especially considering the price. My only minor complaint is that the hotel doesn't offer EV charging, even for a fee, which made renting an electric car for exploring quite inconvenient.

The room is very quiet. I was confused at first seeing people reviewed as non-soundproof rooms. But the room I got, it’s very quiet. The rooms should be pest’s control. One night, I was working and there are bugs running around in the room. I was terrified. It keeps going around in the room all night. So annoying. The pool is so dirty. I wanted to chill at the pool but they should maintain the pool and clean it. And when I call the reception to ask for plates and fork to eat my grab order, the stuff from reception sounded annoyed, unpleasant and doesn’t sound to help me at all. Don’t know her name.

Good price point given the location and proximity to the airport. I deliberately chose a hotel which is not in front of the beach because I wanted to have easy access to the local market and local spots downtown. I used the Grab app to book taxis, and the costs were reasonable. At the airport, you can find signs directing you to the area where passengers can wait for their Grab pick-up. On the night that I arrived there was even a lady wearing a Grab uniform kindly assisting travelers.

Location - ok. Romm - ok, clean. Breakfast - so so, ni many choices. Hotel Staff - ok, but not so professional. Overall is ok to stay here.

Very nice scenery, able to see a birds eye view of the city, which is breathtaking. However, some honking sounds from the road can be heard. Breakfast was great, with a change in variety every single day!
