The terrace room has a stunning view of the garden and distant mountains! The welcome drink was also delicious! It's very quiet at night around here, and there aren't many streetlights, so there's not much to buy, but it's very relaxing!

Muni hospitality, thoughtfulness can be felt in their service delivery, layout and design. We felt very comforting when the front desk officer Akemi Shibuta was concern due to our late arrival without any upfront notice that food options will be limited and sent us an email to check in on us. Also on our checked out date, they also accompanied us to outside of hotel lobby and sent us out. They ensured that we were out of their line of sight. Once again their respect for their hotel guests and going the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of affirms our decision to write this review and despite the high price, plan for a return trip! Thank you Muni you were outstanding! Not just the view but also the hospitality and service crew! kudos!

The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was small but excellent. For a hotel in Japan, this one is very comfortable. It has a balcony where you can watch the stream, which is very relaxing. The location is also great.

The hotel service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The facilities were excellent and high-end, and the view room was absolutely stunning. The bedding was also very comfortable, and most mini-bar items were complimentary. I would love to stay here again next time.
