We used this service and were completely satisfied. We chose the most basic plan. The check-in process took just a couple of minutes, and the manager was always available to answer all our questions. After disembarking, we were met at passport control with name signs and shown the way. Passport control was completed very quickly, in just 5-10 minutes (even if there were several people who also used the fast track service). Yes, we had to wait for our luggage, but we got from the plane to the taxi in less than half an hour.★

I communicated with them via LINE, but they stopped responding midway through, which made me worried. The landmarks were easy to spot, so I actually found someone to help me without getting lost. There weren't that many people when I entered the country, so I thought I didn't need to use it, but you never know how crowded it will be until you arrive, so I will use it again in the future.★
