Introduction to the host Hello everyone, I am Han, the host of Eatwith. I have studied painting for many years and I really like the atmosphere of communicating with foreign galleries while sipping wine and admiring paintings. After returning to China, I ran a gallery bar on Xiangshan Road with my artist friend Nate. There is a space for friends who love art to communicate. On the other hand, we hope to give some young painters more opportunities to display their paintings. Now we have cooperated with nearly 50 young painters, and our space is full of their paintings. And based on our own understanding, each painting is paired with a wine, and we look forward to your tasting. Experience introductionBehind the bustling Huaihai Middle Road, in a quiet corner of Xiangshan Road, there is a gallery bar hidden in an old-fashioned residential house.The street lamps and moonlight in the night interweave and shine on the yellowed walls, with paintings all over the walls, quiet courtyards, and retro-style furnishings;Antique furniture, rich and colorful oil painting decorations, well-lit lights and melodious music will make everyone feel intoxicated. Our two managers have studied painting art for many years. When they were abroad, they visited galleries and found that people who admired paintings chatted about paintings and shared their lives while drinking. They also enjoyed this process. After returning to China, I also hope to have such a space in China to communicate with people who love art. And I hope to have a dedicated gallery to provide more opportunities for young painters. Their store now has paintings by nearly 50 young painters hanging here for consignment and for customers to enjoy. The walls and corners are decorated with paintings by these young painters, with strong colors and diverse styles. The store is not big, with a long strip layout. In addition to indoor seats, there are also scattered seats in the small garden in the backyard. Sitting on the swing, looking up is the residential area upstairs, where two elderly people in their 90s live, the descendants of Ms. Soong Ching Ling's close friends. Our manager often reminds guests to chat softly in the courtyard and don't Disturbing the rest of the two old men. The wine supply here is mainly wine, and the braised dishes provided in the store are also very unique, including pig ears, chicken intestines, kelp knots, lotus root slices, etc. The braised flavor is mellow, and the combination of meat and vegetables is very delicious.
