8.Visa Verification & Correction Guidelines
After receiving your visa, please carefully check all the visa information, including passport number, full name (pinyin), gender, date of birth, visa validity, and visa type. Only after confirming that all information is correct should you arrange flights, hotels, and other related expenses. If any errors or issues are found, please contact our visa specialist within 24 hours. We will assist in applying to the consulate for corrections. Please note:

▸ If feedback is provided after 24 hours, our company will not be responsible; please ensure timely verification
▸ Any correction may incur additional fees (e.g., visa fee, expedited service fee), which must be borne by the applicant
▸ The correction process may affect your travel schedule. It is recommended to confirm and pay for non-refundable expenses only after receiving the corrected visa
VIP Fast Track Service
(Available at Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Nha Trang Airports)
1. Key Features
▸ Airport pick-up with name sign + assistance with immigration procedures + VIP fast track service
▸ Available for travelers with a valid Vietnam e-Visa or visa on arrival
▸ English-speaking service; Chinese-language pickup sign available.
▸ VIP fast track hours: 08:00–22:00 (Vietnam local time). Services outside these hours can be arranged with an additional fee.
▸ E-Visa holders: Pick-up with sign + assistance with entry form + visa on arrival document issuance (free) + VIP fast track
▸ Visa on Arrival holders: Pick-up with sign + VIP fast track
▸During the Chinese New Year period, VIP Fast Track service prices are subject to real-time inquiry. Additional surcharges may apply at certain ports of entry.
Please note: During the Chinese New Year period, the Super VIP Fast Track (Diplomatic Channel) at Ho Chi Minh City port will be temporarily suspended, and related services will not be available.

▸ E-Visa holders must collect a paper visa at the “Landing Visa” counter upon arrival (free), and bring two 40×60mm white background photos and fill out the entry form onsite
▸ If the VIP Fast Track service (not a visa) is purchased and the traveler fails to arrive or cancels without prior notice, 100% of the fee will be charged
▸For entry via Ho Chi Minh City port, an additional surcharge is required. Please refer to the product description for details or consult our visa specialists for confirmation.
5.Additional VIP Fast Track Notes
▸ VIP Fast Track can effectively shorten waiting time; however, if a large number of passengers on the same flight purchase this service, brief queues or congestion may still occur. For travelers with strict time requirements, upgrading to Express Fast Track or Super VIP Fast Track is recommended. These services provide higher-priority access via the Diplomatic Channel. During peak seasons or high-traffic periods, brief waiting may still occur; however, processing is generally faster and more efficient than standard VIP Fast Track (please consult our visa specialists for specific fees).
▸ If a traveler is directed to manual inspection by an immigration officer upon arrival, our staff cannot enter that line to assist. The traveler must complete the inspection independently; a refund request may be submitted in such cases.
6.VIP Fast Track Usage Guidelines
▸ Travelers must remain within designated lanes; leaving the designated route may result in service interruption.
▸ Fast track service is only intended to shorten waiting time and does not include assistance with visa or entry eligibility. If denied entry or subjected to additional inspection due to passport validity under 6 months, sensitive nationality, inconsistent visa and passport information, etc., this falls under immigration control and our company cannot intervene.
▸ Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent; relevant proof of parent-child relationship (e.g., birth certificate) must be carried.
Refund Policy
