Our impressions were nothing but positive. The company representatives and the driver contacted us the day before the trip to clarify the details. At the appointed time, the Dwi driver was waiting for us, driving very carefully and politely throughout the day. We booked a 12-hour trip. We visited about six locations during the day, arrived comfortably at all of them, and had only the most pleasant experiences. I would definitely recommend you to my friends!

I really enjoyed snorkeling here! I was really worried about being late and missing out on the snorkeling, as my boat to Nusa Penida was later than expected, so I didn't arrive until 9:40. But the girls at the office told me not to worry, they checked me in, and at 10:00 we went snorkeling on the next boat! Thank you so much for your loyalty. We visited two spots because the waves at Manta Point were very big, and one of the girls got sick towards the end of the trip, so we returned early—it was the right decision in this situation. I really enjoyed the snorkeling; the staff took photos with a Go Pro. They also gave me fish food, and I was able to feed the fish and examine them up close. One of the best activities in Nusa Penida, but keep in mind that everything is highly dependent on the weather.

Our driver, Pujas, was truly the best! He speaks fluent Korean, so communication is incredibly easy. He's also witty, perceptive, and incredibly kind. Thanks to him, our family had a comfortable trip. When traffic got stuck, he always found shortcuts to avoid them. He's truly a veteran driver. He even helped us buy tickets at tourist attractions, and when we went to a temple, he even kindly put the kids' sarongs in their hair. My son says Pujas is the best driver he's ever had!
