We booked less than a day in advance. Despite our flight being moved forward two hours and delayed for almost five hours, the guys met us on time. I texted them upon landing and they responded immediately. They met us with a sign and escorted us. We spent five minutes instead of 60. And after 12 hours on a plane, that's a very compelling argument.

We were met with a sign upon arrival and escorted to passport control. Everything went quickly. Thank you. Otherwise, we would have missed our flight to Nha Trang. I recommend it. The lines at passport control in Hanoi are very long. If you have a short layover, this is a real find.

Everything was perfect) we got off the plane and found a man with a sign, went up to him and showed our passports, he led us to a special line, of course we stood there for about 15 minutes, but there were such crowds nearby, they probably stood there for an hour or two, so everything was great


