Vitali our guy was very informative and kind. he provided us with a lot of information. there were only 3 people in our tour. everything went smoothly and it was very cost effective. the cheese and chocolate tour were informative and the caste tour was the perfect duration. We really enjoyed our lunch of fondue, and appreciated vitality showing us hidden gems in Gruyere
