This is truly a once in a lifetime experience. We enjoyed a fabulous evening with Chef Maurizio in his home. We cooked pasta (2 types) and Tiramisu. It’s one of the best experiences we’ve ever had when travelling. We’d highly recommend it. Whilst seeing ancient buildings might be wonderful there is nothing that will get you closer to Sicilian culture than sharing food in a locals home.★
