I booked the show + the car. I’d like to begin this review by giving the tour/car service a 10 (since a 5 is the highest/best level, a 10 means 2x5). Thank you Sophie and Andy for a wonderful car/tour service. Sophie, you provided the best car service and are the best guide. Thank you very much. The show is just wonderful. The timing, performances, the light show, the music… are just wonderful. The performers are deeply impressive. Their act is extremely difficult but they do it so easily like they were just strolling in a park. I’d like to give the show 9.5 (since a 5 is the highest level, 9.5 means 2x5-0,5) and that because the show is a little short. Extend it at least with 15 minutes, preferably with 30 minutes. It is 1 hour long now. I am sure it could ”easily” be extended to 1 hour and 15 minutes. My wish is a one hour and 30 minute show with the same performers as in tonight’s show. Thank you very much for a wonderful show. You are the best.

There are a lot of people, so you will have to walk a lot due to the schedule, and it will take a lot of waiting time... Please keep in mind that it is mainly Chinese tourists. The convenient thing is that you only need to follow the guide, so there is nothing to worry about. Please use it at your own discretion. If you have time and want to travel a little more comfortably, you can download the Alipay app and travel around Shanghai by subway. The subway is very well-developed and cheap.

Our tour guide, Xiaoxiu, was fantastic. She's young and talented, highly recommended! Our flight was delayed by an hour, and we were worried we wouldn't arrive at our destination on time. After contacting us in advance, she not only expressed her understanding but also thoughtfully reassured us and urged us to be safe. So thoughtful and touching! The entire explanation was engaging and engaging, with interactive questions and discussions. Our family is quite unorganized, and there might be people who don't stay with the group. Haha, this beautiful tour guide would go find them, never abandoning them, hahahaha. While researching the Yu Gardens stamp collection, we learned that the tour guide even went to the trouble of taking us back to the Cultural and Creative Center to redeem our stamps. She's an angel for stamp collectors! Thank you so much to our tour guide for accompanying us. Our whole family was so happy!

We really enjoyed the tour. Everything was perfect: the routes, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere. Our guide, a wonderful woman, told us about the animals and their habitats, answered our questions, and presented the information in an engaging and accessible manner. Her assistant reserved the best seats for us at the shows, allowing us to enjoy the show with excellent visibility. The park offers a unique opportunity to see animals in their natural environment without putting them under unnecessary stress. Everything was thought out down to the last detail—safety, comfortable paths, and well-designed infrastructure. We left with vivid impressions and gratitude, and would definitely recommend this trip!

I just want to say, wow! I spent a lot of time comparing the tours in Shanghai online. After a really long research this tour really stands out from the rest. As an experienced traveler, I always look for a true local experience. My guide Laura was super knowledgeable and showed me a lot of the places where I saw very few other tourists. The tour balanced it very well with must-see attractions like the Yu Garden. Although there were a lot of people in the garden, Laura still managed to let me learn something new. And my favorite part is the local market for lunch. Laura took me to a local market and I was in queue with locals for some really delicious local food. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cultural tour.
